I am going for a new format which will consist of all shots “Sniped” from over a mile away from the skier. “Sniped” will be the name of the movie and although I cannot release the names of any skiers I’ve been filming since I don’t want them to know that they are in the film until I’ve released it, I can promise you that this new format promises to amaze and baffle through progressive editing techniques and creative cinematography. Anyone who has seen my previous films knows the kind of high quality productions that are a staple for H30.

I'll also figure out if you screwed those who decided not to get insurance and I'm sure that'll solve that damn issue. Also for your info you shipped with USPS and later tells me he'll get insurance money from UPS, can't even get that fuken straight.

This guy tells me he's gonna take care of this issue by getting one new pair thru Aramada and send it to me and told me he's already talk to them and its already arranged. 3 weeks later, I still hear nothing from him so I take it up with Armada myself and they know absolutely nothing about it. Matter a fact, during Orage master, they met up together and he mentioned nothing of it. Dude you are the most full of shit person I've ever dealt with in my life. Also, he was suppose to have sent brand new anon figments and he said sent them and when I got the back it was still closed and no where anything could get out and he continues to tell me that I guess it got mangled and fell out. Mangled meaning the box was crushed and etc, but it was in perfect condition when I got it...What a moron, I cannot believe he is still trying to convince people that he isn't a thief.

I'll be up at killington for winter break and we'll see if the address on the box that you sent me help me to relieve some stress. Believe that buddy hahah I can't wait, I'm not sure if I am more excited to ski or justify this situation with this douche bag.
 
Aight, here's my story.....

In september I purchased Line Chronic Wide without bindings in Like new condtition. I payed 250 dollars for the skis and 25$ for shippins(275$ total). Anthony didn't sound like a douche and even offered a brand new pair of studded anons for free, so the deal went pretty smooth. In 10 days I receive a package from UPS from Anthony, however when i get it i notice that the top of the box is fucken opened! Guess what! In the box i find 1 ski and a pair of goggles that are just shovelled in there without a box(atleast they were in a plastic bag)... I also had to pay like 70$ for the brockerage fees.........

So i call/message/email bacon and he sounds quite surprised claiming he sent 2 skis, which is beleivable since the mass of the package was checked as 11lb... So i'm trying my best to get the refund from UPS, but I can't make it all the way to getting the cheque, since at some point they can only talk to the shipped.

I wait patiently, just checking with Bacon from time to time on where my cheque is... In like may or so, he sais he finally got the cheque and is gonna ship it to me. I get my hopes back and getting ready to finally get my money back. I wait for couple weeks and of course the cheque doesnt show up, so i call anthony and tell him to cancel the cheque he sent and just transfer the money through PayPal. He sais sure and a week later he claims he cancelled the money and will pay me in a couple days....so i wait! and NOTHING.

Next step i e-mail him with the question WHERE THE EFF IS MY MONEY? in response, he sais "We need to talk. I was informed that you recieved a replacement ski from line. I asked for them to look for one, and you never let me know you recieved a 2nd ski? I hope your not trying to get free skis off me, with a damaged shipment and a replaced ski.

He, however had nothing to do with the ski i received from line in june(8 months after i purchased skis from bacon)... I think everyone can remember that ashley's contest after which Jason contacted me about the files and i asked if they by any chance have a single ski... he hooked me up and sent me one(it cost me 70$ and now i got 2 right skis, one blue and one red graphics). When in like december(when Anthony messaged me saying he's trying to work something out with line to get me 1 ski) i asked Jason for the favour, however he said he doesnt have anything.

So the wait continues and Anthony's phone is off(broken or disconnected, i dunno), he doesnt reply to emails or messages and doesnt sign in on aim........

its pretty entertaining actually to watch him come up with lame excuses and all that shit, haha.

I bought a siver shirt from bacon about 3 years back, before he started to really screw people over. He was supposed to send it directly to my older bro for christmas, my brother lived in vermont, so it shouldnt take that long to get there, considering it was supposedly sent in early december. The shirt got there about two and a half weeks after christmas, so we got the shirt, but I was sad because my bro didnt get to open his present on christmas, it it quite apparant that Anthony says he has shipped things, but waits about 3 extra weeks before doing so. well, thats my story, so i dont hate him too much.

Unfortunately, I was in one of his movies, Hibachi King. Man was I so pumped to be in a ski movie, although I would get nothing out of it, except Line was sponsoring it and I was riding for them at the time so that was ok. But myself and my friend (whose name I will not mention because I don't know if he wants me to) asked him if we could get the footage he had of us at the end of the year.

"I sent it out Friday." Three weeks later. "I sent it out yesterday." I can see how people would say that you do such things. We got it like 2 months later and it was all of these stupid tapes of his girlfriend hitting a rail in his backyard. And like 2 clips having anything to do with us.

Also, another friend of mine shot some super 8 of us and was going to develop it and give the footage to Bacon if he paid for half the processing. So he wrote my friend a check for $15 and he processed it. The check fucking BOUNCED (for 15 fucking dollars). Come on.

Now I have no MAJOR reason for beating your ass Bacon, but there seems to be a lot of people that do, so watch out. And to any of you that are probably going to inflict harm upon this dude, just be careful because if he finds out who you are after the fact, his cheapskate con-artist ass will probably try to sue you. So you might as well wear a mask...or push him into the woods while he's skiing.

Umm get the fuck off the being an idiot bandwagon. I work hard to make $7/hour, so if this guy stole $250 from me like the guy trying to buy the armadas I'd be fuckin pissed. For me after taxes thats over a weeks worth of hard work and he just fuckin took it from someone without getting up from his computer. If you haven't noticed ns is an community, so if someone is ripping people off here it's everyones business to sort out.
 
And why does everyone have problems with her? She's one of the nicest, most helpful people I've run into through skiing. She has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to help me out, and I know she has done the same for a lot of others. Leave her out of this as she's in no way a part of the controversy.
 
Dude, she really likes MAKING herself part of the controversy, so she is... you probably haven't experienced it, but myself and a few others who've complained to me about it have: you make a 3 line post containing something negative about Bacon, and she'll send you a 5 paragraph essay on why you should shut the hell up.
