Who works out

i run 4 days a week (3 miles) and do 120 push ups a day along with some lifting at various times during the year
 
i have a high metabolism so i really dont have to do much to not get fat....and im almost 20.....but im surewhen i get older itll be diff
 
i dont really work out, i play sports, like if i feeel fdatty or something i go to the YMCA and play pick-up volley ball or something
 
i do every other day, like workout 1 day ski a day workout a day............. i really dont do a really hard workout, just to get strong and not be fat
 
i havent competed in years but i've recently returned to my old training regime for nationals, gymnastics that is. it's a super intense work out and will help keep my flexibility and strength.

basically 4 days a week i will train for 3 to 4 hours at a time. the warm up consists of suicide sprints, push ups, burpees, chin ups, leg lifts, v-snaps, hand stand push ups, and of course stretching. then i practice on the events (bars,beam, vault, floor) and some training on the trampoline. it's a great way to get in shape super fast and really push your athletic abilities. i recomend it. just don't over do it.

oh and having sex counts, after like having sex atleast 3 times a week for a year will add up to 70 miles, thats what i heard

I work at a health club....but I never work out :P.....in fact I am at work right now....not working out, and not working.
 
do u get a free pass ... if soo i would be working out everyday .... the only reason i dont work out is b/c it is not convient for me
 
I'll be doing some kinda exercise everyday. I run and swim a few times a week and go to the gym when I can.

It helps that I get free swimming and gym pass as I work at Sports Centre.
