house kicks ass, he dishes out ownings like its no ones business, i'm definitely stoked for the double episodes
 
yea thats a good show, in fact i think thats the only show i watch all week, any i dont even watch house every week, tv is overrated
 
house is the only show i watch on a regular basis. its the best thing on tv these days and dont give me a line about 24, that show is shit
 
ive seen it a couple of times.

i remember the one with the little fat girl who had a heart attack. it was weird
 
its some stupid shit, if your down for rediculously unrealistic medical circumstances every day of the year in some crazy hospital then house is good, but i really cant force myself to watch it, like this week the fucking T-virus is loose or something, its just too rediculous
 
here's the show's premise:

1) somebody has a simple problem

2) house thinks its one thing

3) they they do a bunch of tests, he's wrong

4) patient takes a turn for the worse

5) they can't figure it out, white board etc.

6) house does something completely unethical without consequence

7) house has an epiphany

8) house says a funny line

9) house saves the day

i think house is a good character but the show is extremely repetitive. its an entertaining show, but its the same thing each week with some random disease.
 
There is something to say about it being repetitive. This is, however, what, season 2? What they have done from season one is perfect House's character, and give his assistants compelling personalities (even if Cameron is a fucking twit). Also, Wilson is an amaaaazingly well constructed foil. Basically, the plot is repetitive because they haven't gotten away from their formula yet. But they will, and when they do, they have the most character-driven setup to fall back on I think I've ever seen in television.

Simply put, House is the best show on TV right now, and has potential to be one of the best shows ever.

Lineskier: You miss the point. It's not even CLOSE to being about realistic medical circumstances. It's about the characters themselves. That's sort of like saying 24 isn't watchable because it could never happen.

That said, Jeeves and Wooster was still Hugh Laurie's best tv series.
 
Definitely my favorite show. I agree with JD that it is the characters that make it so good. I used to love CSI but now I'm just kinda bored with their formula and don't find the little side stories about the characters interesting. Fox is killing it with good TV lately though. Prison Break, House, 24, Family Guy etc.

Yeah, its like that, but the Gregory House character is great, he constantly makes me laugh. I cant wait for the show tonight.
 
I love House. He is the funniest, most intresting character I have ever seen on telivision. I watch that show just to see what he will do and how he will act. And whats more is that even though the show is so repetitive, It doesnt really matter, cause each time im so intrigued by what the cause of the symptoms is, and how it will all fit together in the end.
 
I love House! Whenever my bio teacher doesnt feel like teaching (which is almost everyday) she puts on House because she has season 1 on dvd. It's even more entertaining watching it with 30 or so people because people get so into it. They scream at the characters, and when they are trying to figure out what the patient has, people scream out random diseases.
 
tomorrow night is going to be the most intense episode ever. like OMGzzzz! but seriously im so pumped for it. such a good show

man they are all gonna die and its gonna be the end of House, %$&&#!@#@^#^@!!! The second half is on tonight so dont miss it.
 
house if the fucking sickest show ever, i think that i've only missed like two episodes EVER in both seasons, also ^^, it's on fox tonight at 8
