There is something to say about it being repetitive. This is, however, what, season 2? What they have done from season one is perfect House's character, and give his assistants compelling personalities (even if Cameron is a fucking twit). Also, Wilson is an amaaaazingly well constructed foil. Basically, the plot is repetitive because they haven't gotten away from their formula yet. But they will, and when they do, they have the most character-driven setup to fall back on I think I've ever seen in television.
Simply put, House is the best show on TV right now, and has potential to be one of the best shows ever.
Lineskier: You miss the point. It's not even CLOSE to being about realistic medical circumstances. It's about the characters themselves. That's sort of like saying 24 isn't watchable because it could never happen.
That said, Jeeves and Wooster was still Hugh Laurie's best tv series.
