Which college do you go to?

dude my brother goes there he's a junior this year. you might have bought weed from him, gone to one of his partys or he might have even rented you an apartment cuz he does real-estate to. he just dislocated his knee again; it would be funny if you know him.

Iowa State University - If you've never been in Ames, you don't know what fun is.

Only one local shit hole - but our ski club travels weekly, so I get out west 3-4 times a year and around the midwest every other weekend.

Reppin dat Public Ivy. University of Illinois

Quit being a puss over it.

It pisses me off when people try to be douches over the UNR/Nevada thing. Sure, its the University of Nevada. But its in Reno. Same thing calling it either one

I didn't even have a birthday party. My dad called Hayden and got you homos in my living room. Worst birthday ever

Thats what I keep hearing lol. Coming from Tahoe all my life, Idaho has alot to live up to but I'm hoping to check out Sun Valley and Brundage.

UVM here. Haven't been here for the ski season yet but we have Stowe, Sugarbush, Bolton, Smuggs, MRG, and Jay all between a half hour and and hour and fifteen minutes away. The ski and snowboard club is the second biggest in the country. If you join FST you have access to vans to and from the mountain 7 days a week, along with access to trampoline training, coaching, discounts at the ski rack, deals on orage, Fischer, and Faction, and preseason airbag training at waterville. As far as social life goes, it's not as easy to find parties as a freshman guy, but I still manage to find at least one almost every weekend. If you can't find a party, there's usually multiple good concerts in burlington every week. Also at any given moment it smells like weed somewhere on campus. Generally people just smoke openly on the redstone green day and night, but you can pretty much get away with smoking anywhere as long as you aren't stupid. Only complaints are diversity (which UVM lacks) and the food (which isn't that great).

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)

Lots of urban around, just need the snow for it.

University of Minnesota - Twin Cities

I like it because it's Big 10, which has an awesome sports atmosphere/ party scene. But despite being a huge university, the business school here (which I'm in) is a small community and one of the top in the country- and for relatively cheap tuition I'm pretty much guaranteed a well paying job after I graduate

University of Connecticut, hopefully finishing up this year and heading off to grad school (will bump thread in 1 year...).

My cousin goes to Carlson - you should kill him. His name is Matt, and he looks like a Nazi poster child with blonde hair and blue eyes. I think he's a junior/senior this year.

Thats because the cops are everywhere this year. Cant go to a party without people freaking the fuck out about cops outside. No one wants to pay fines. I had a friend get a BS noise violation when it was just her and her roommate at home with music playing in the kitchen. Not loudly either.

Tip from a former freshman; Join a club, get to know older kids, and theyll direct you to the parties. If youre in a larger dorm (Harris Millis or anywhere on Redstone) meet the sophomores. Theyll direct you to parties if they like you as well. If you know people in Frats, that works as well.

Started at Georgia Southern University -> North Georgia University.

Totally blows, hour commute each way

Hoping to transfer to Georgia State Univ in the fall so I can move back into the city.

Oh come on it's not that bad. Trust me you cant find a bigger hater of the administration but if you know cool kids and figure out where to be on the weekends it can be incredible. Although fuck all the preppyness
