14 ft in 13 days...what? light and fluffy. where are the early season haters now? i'll tell you, on travelocity booking a ticket to fly from the east to tahoe. hahaha.
 
hahah yet another good year for tahoe. its just that winter came late for us. Christmas break last year we were sittin on 20+ ft of fresh. this year march were sittin on 13+ft of fresh. deff sounds awsome

Today was bottomless over the head powder. I was scared I'd hit a tree or ski off a cliff because I couldn't see a damn thing. At points it was so deep I couldn't breathe. Deepest day of my life.
 
alpine meadows and squaw officialy open till june 1st JEA JEA! sucks for everyone else, cuz when were done in tahoe, we go mammoth for all tha bomb frosting. JEA
 
Chea, Heavenly has like 4 feet right now. Canyons are prime. Kickers are about to be killer too for SouthShore Soldiers..

It's funny how you can ski until June, which is 2 months longer than us, and have softer/better snow than us but we still produce better skiers. ;)
 
hahaha ok you keep tellin yourself that. you are prolly way better than me, at least in park, but tahoe produces people that can actually ski as well as sick ass park kids.
 
California is the best state in the United States, hands down. We have everything, the best skiing, the best surfing, the best climate, the best weed. We are the dopest people of the world so you east coast and midwest suckas can just continue to sulk beneath our heavenly auras.
 
If you put an east coast skier on the west coast, give him 2 years to adjust to the place and he'll be killing it garunteed. There's a reason why they say if you can ski east coast, then you can ski anything. And I'm not directly attacking saying I'm better than you guys because to claim that is just not reasonable because you don't know me, and I don't know you.
 
how good you are at skiing is not dependant on where you are from. Just because you are from the east or west doesn't make you better that someone else it is all about how much effort, dedication, and talent that you have not were you live
 
First of all, the weed in Cali sucks. Its like mexican scagweed. And don't try to tell me about Humbolt because it is way lower on the list than even the most basic BC Hydro.

Second, Cali has a state income tax ON TOP of federal income tax which seriously sucks.

Third, best skiing? Are you kidding me? You need to get out more.

Yeah cali is coo, but its definitely not hands down.
 
Fuck that. Cali has the worst fucking people in the country. That's the only reason I moved back to Idaho. I couldn't stand the people in Cali. Everyone is into themselves and how cool they are. It sucks.

yeah, that whole "cali doesn't have good weed" argument is silly. yeah, i've heard BC bud is good, you can get reeeallly good stuff in cali too.
 
Yes, we do have the best skiing. In powder we are surpassed but only by BC and Alaska. Mammoth mountain has the top rated park in North America (perhaps the world?). And to answer another response made about east coast skiers on the west coast. I have seen east coast fools come here for competitions and they can do 4 switch ups on the box fine but when it comes to hitting truly big jumps they are at a loss and are quickly destroyed by the superior west coast skiers.
 
i guess you could say some tahoe kids are into themselves. but only because we are fortunate enough to have great mountains. im terrible in the park so i cant talk...but when you see most of the internet bs fights that go on. most tahoe kids arent really involved cause we just like to ski our fresh pow. now people from california in general...sure theyre into themselves...but you'll see once you leave LA or somewhere really superficial that we kids just like to have fun, smoke bud, and get in trouble.

actually, contrary to the happieness of the locals, it only fuckin snows on and before weekends. so you can get the frosting you desire from the valley or even the .... no....no.... dont say this chris dont say this.... the yAy ArEa
 
who has more snow than cali right now? you can't hate, that's all i'm trying to say. are there places that are close to tahoe status, maybe, maybe not. 15 resorts within one hour? c'mon man, you gotta be strokin' me. tahoe...we own you all (and mammoth is illin' too).
