Back in April is emailed them to ask a couple questions about the presale, and I never got a response. I then messaged them on NS, and also never got a response. I was in a pissy mood at the time and left an angry message to which I got an almost immediate response telling me to message them on instagram if I want a more reliable response, which I can't do as I don't use social media, and they also gave no apology. I then bought a pair of ember keys in the presale, but I changed the address I'd given them originally, as I wouldn't be there when the skis arrive. Eventually it gets to mid October and there's no word if the skis have been shipped, I messaged them to see when they might be shipped, and they said the new address I gave them didn't exist, although they never bothered to tell me this until I asked, and showed me a screenshot of the address they'd put in, which was entered in wrong, I then tried another address, which they also said didn't exist. Eventually they ended up cancelling the order, which was kind of fucking annoying. I'm not saying other people haven't had good experiences with Vishnus customer service, and I'm not saying you shouldn't buy skis from them, but my experience with them was fairly sucky. Trying to get a response or update was like trying to get blood out of a stone, and they didn't apologise once, or make any real kind of effort to sort out the problem. Only good part is because of the exchange rate between the dollar and the pound I made £50 off of the refund.
