I’m not sure if anyone on this app does any scootering in the skatepark but I’m tryna get into it but don’t know a good one to buy. Let me know if you got any advice

But in all honesty, I am always kinda jealous of the scooter kids because they seem to be able to throw huge tricks so much easier and the progression is just so much quicker. I've noticed a lot of them have 6"/7" decks which is apparently the craze right now. More surface on rails and boxes and more surface to get your feet on landing a trick. It makes sense, I like to skate a 8.5 rather than a skinnier deck, just a little more forgiving.
Just make sure you ddon't start wearing cuffed jeans, a rolled up beanie, and a baggy t over a hoodie too.

Anyways, the setup you have is going to depend on what kind of tricks you want to do. If you are more focused on "park" style tricks (buttercups, bri flips, multiple tailwhips, flairs, etc.) most people opt for a smaller lighter setup (however no one really rides a deck narrower than 5" anymore). If you are more into "street" style of tricks (rails, ledges, etc.) you might opt for a bigger deck for grinds.
Personally I am 6'2" and my setup would go something like a 6" wide deck, 28-30 tall bars.
Check out Aztek scooters if you're looking for a sort of "one size fits all" budget complete. https://www.thevaultproscooters.com/catalog/product/view/id/54329/s/aztek-architect-pro-scooter-co780/?gclid=CjwKCAjw3POhBhBQEiwAqTCuBqLvL5F0VuJPzcN_l-EKGX9MmUPnN-y1ZZsvIjLSOCdh_92FlcPnUBoCWYIQAvD_BwE
