What muscles to stretch?

groin, shoulder, hammies, CALVES prevents calfbang, neck+back prevents a sore area that takes a while to go away, and then the rest but those are my essentials
 
it's better to stretch for a few minutes than to be out for a few months. don't learn it the hard way. stretch before AND after any activity you do.
 
hip flexors are by the far the most important one for me. Ive had about 4 major problems with them in the last year
 
oh yea...i tore the tendon of my hip flexor sailing a few years ago, and now if i case or fall the wrong way i cant walk for a few days, it sprains my whole leg...so shitty
