What are you stoked about?

Feels good to be back in the woods with a bow again. Been following a good size blacktail buck around for a while now and today was the first time I saw him while hunting. Couldn't get a good shot but I know I'll see him again.

Spent 3 days paddling the Dechutes river. Going to be stoked about that for a long time. Dirtbaggy river pictures coming soon.

Cabela's fishing trip up in Manitoba was pretty cool. 50 fish in a single day. Catch 5 walleyes and literally filet and cook 15 minutes later.

Been making insane gains at the gym

Eating relatively well

Not drinking much at all

Riding DH once a week and enduroing 1-2 times a week.

Dating a new and down to earth chick

Parents looking to buy a small place in Montana... which is the second best state after VT.

Played human anatomy and lifespan development Jeopardy in class today. My team was in last and we were running out of opportunities to get points. Absolutely crushed the answer for infants and their respiratory systems which lead a major charge and put us into 2nd place from last. Fuck yeah.

My wife had a pair of K2s in Australia that she really liked. Had to get rid of them because didn’t make sense to bring them along when we left. Newer designs tweaked the construction.

Got her some Völkls last year but she doesn’t like the directional, less surfy feel as much. So I’ve been trolling for these skis to surprise her. Finally was able to find them on locals sale. The exact length and year. Hell yeah!

Sent my Canon 8-15mm fisheye in for Canon to repair. The lens is currently $1250 new and they quoted me $1k to fix the scratches on the front. I told them to get bent and bought one on ebay in mint condition for$900 and am selling my old one for at least half of that.

First time in 7 years I have an unscuffed fisheye!

First day working on post-op tomorrow. Pretty stoked to finally start! I transferred like a month ago and finally got to green light to start

Currently making a beanie for the capeesh give away for a beanie lol I thought the honeycomb fleece looked cool but it kinda just looks stained in these smaller patches

The closest one is 6hrs away in VT. I’ve been thinking about taking some arsenic logos off a pair of Lunar slacks that are to small for me cause there’s a few small rips around the ankles. But I think I might just patch those and pass them onto a friend who Ik would be totally stoked on them

Live hockey is where it's at! My brother in law was a ref for the some of the olympic games back in 2002 at SLC, he hooked me up with tickets when he could. I dont know jack about hockey but enjoy watching it!

Same. Never played but I love going to games. The GR team is in the AHL so its a fairly high level of play and they draw a good crowd so its always a good time.

Stoked that I'm not allergic to bees because there was a wasp in my hoot this morning that waited until I laced it up to sting me 8 times. Also stoked that I look up when I cut trees because I was a few inches away from getting smoked by a widowmaker that fell from about 60 ft. Today is not my day but it could've been way worse!

Better get a fisheye for that beautiful hunk of cheese

Don’t worry I’ve almost got enough cash for a 52mm opteka. Imma probably get that and maybe some screw on filters also for long lense stuff

I know my 150 has 3 different built in ND filters. I feel like the 40 might too. But if you’re researching filters to buy you probably already know the answer to that.

I just had to drop 180 bucks on a replacement screen, wasn’t too stoked on that.

Yeah that’s the one thing the 40 and ac90 don’t have which is kinda disappointing but some screw on ones won’t break the bank. That stinks replacement parts on the older cams are hard to find. Lucky u even got one. Was it pricy?

Ya it came from China on eBay so 180 total, but I need it to frame up shots a little better tbh. Or at least so homies can frame shots up better, the eyepiece isn’t easy to use for framing up fisheye shots.

pretty sure that one only fits a 37mm fish

I believe you are correct. I didn’t buy the 40

for that reason, the 72mm opteka on the 72mm housing of the Hmc150 produces the best looking fisheye content, like ever. Wide view and sharp vingette on the edges is damn beautiful.

It’s a 43mm so right in the middle of the two. I’d think a bigger fish would look better like a 52mm than a smaller 37mm but idk. Anyone with advice on which one I should go with?

i can’t stand the blue ring of death you get with solid state cams and the opteka

bothers the shit out of me

Like a ghosting/lens flare on the edges? I know optekas recently manufactured lenses have done that.

Just found a new area of trails near me that is super sweet. Also have a trip planned to one of my favorite spots this weekend if the weather holds

really trying to get in some time on my bike before ski season

Go Griffs! They always seem to have a really sick team too. Can't wait to see some of those dudes suit up for the Wings one day. Have fun bro. I wanna get back to MI to go watch sports with my niece and nephew.

Stoked today cuz the storm broke, there's a fresh paintcoat of snow on the ground, work got called off for the past few days, and now I'm enjoying free time so much that I don't wanna go back to shutting our golf course down.

They are always competitive for sure, really good fan base too. Game is close to a sell out.

Kieth herring was the inspiration for this one and my art teacher loved it. Also tagged one of the boards in ceramics with a jet tag. Idk she doesn’t seem to like me or what I do in ceramics but loves when I draw on my arms cause it’s expressing myself

So yeah I was kinda stoked on getting a compliment from a teacher
