i have decided that winter is the hottest time of year and therefore im going to get an ice cream maker very soon. i say this because you get back from a day of skiiing, youve just been walking down the road in all your gear. you're already sweating before you're in the house. you go inside and your retarded roommates have the heat cranked all the way. by the time im all changed out of my gear ive got rivers of sweat pouring off me and all i want to do is sit out side and eat ice cream.

but seriously if i want something to warm me up i thnk i might go with risotto. i fuckin love that stuff but i normally dont like having it at work since ill just get way too warm. takes a fair amount of practice to get those down however.

Invest in some good hot sauce. Then make anything and it will be fucking awesome. I've got a whole bunch of homemade hot sauces from a buddy. So good.

especially with duck fat potatoes...

pork chops and homemade applesauce

pulled pork shoulder

osso bucco

shepherds pie

poutine

Homemade beef or chicken stew and chili are my favorites. Just throw some meat and veggies in a crockpot, go skiing and come home to an awesome hearty meal.

your icon makes me really mad, fucking load!

but rly, stew is really good and homemade chicken noodle soup. just soup in general...ughhh potato leek soup mmf

Stuffed baked potatoes are my go to dinner during exams when I don't have time to make a proper meal. Take Sushi's left over chili, grab a potato, some cheese and sour cream. If I'm really hungry I can get in made in the microwave in under 10 minutes, if I have some time it goes in the oven.

Tartiflette(oven dish with bacon, potatoes, onions and a shitload of cheese)

Chicken Enchiladas !

1 decent sized chicken breast boiled (makes about 3), then cut up or shredded,

cream cheese, sour cream, mexican cheese (or any other kind you like) mixed with a little milk and cooked on low in a pot until everything melts and stir that together (you can estimate all these things depending on what you want to add, but you really just need about a half or 3/4 of milk)

Add the chicken to that mixture, stir it,

scoop a decent amount onto a tortilla, roll it up, put in a pan (spray some non stick oil on it first)

pour el paso enchilada sauce over them and sprinkle more mexican cheese over it,

then throw them in the over at 350 for 15 minutes just to heat up the sauce and melt the cheese.

super easy and quick! you can also google a couple recipes to get ideas of other stuff to add but i stick with simple

bacon amarican cheese scrambled eggs with a side of hashbrowns topped with hot sauce (chalula), i know this is technically a breakfast but its so good that i eat it for dinner on the reular

That shit is fucking repulsive. A disgrace to hot sauces everywhere.

Double postin'!!
