Nice man!

I'm going to start a cut in jan. I think i'll try out a website--if it fits your macros. So yea basically i'll monitor my fat, carbs, protein daily input in grams. I'll keep in under one caloric ceiling. And just eat whatever i want so long as it fits in those parameters.

Right now i'm just trying to lift and gain

IIFYM is the way to go!

but i CANT do it haha, when i start to eat sometime that taste so good with carbs and sugar i cant stop

so for me its keto now, really low carbs, med-high fat, high prots --> 2500 cal a day and 1 cheat meal a week

and also thanks guys, its really motivating to see all your comments

Awesome success so far bro!

208 is a little heavy for a boy, but that's a fine weight for a man. (how tall)

Perhaps it's time to focus more on the fitness, rather than your weight??

Squat, Dead, Clean, Press, Dip, Chin. Hill Climb. Hot yoga. - Keep eating right and focus your efforts on getting good at this shit.

just got a new program with squat, clean, press and all!

im 6'2 and i want to be 190-193 by christmas!

Sick man! I was 236 when I moved to SLC and now I am at 170. Im 5'8" btw.

I hit a plateau at around 195. My minimum weight is probably in the 160 area and this last 10 pounds feels impossible to lose. Then again I can think of a bunch of different things I could be doing and am not, Like running.

Here is a pic from 195 to 170. I trained a bit in Muay Thai and really focused on diet to break my plateau

Congrats man! Weightloss is something I have battled with over the years, up until about a year or two ago I was 195-210, now I am down to 165. If you haven't already give biking a shot (road biking is my summer sport now) super good cardio and very easy on the joints.

Here is my, 5 year transformation. 16 to 21.

Awesome job man. I'm trying to lose a little, put some on after I injured my shoulder and had surgery. Also lost muscle too, but today they told me I can start doing more regular workouts instead of just pt, so I'm pumped on that.

I dropped 64 pounds over two years and have kept it off for another year. It's definitely doable.

Good for you guys. Really respect you're all putting the effort in and what not. And the best thing is YOU are the one that actually has so many benifits from it.

Yeah I've lost 100 pounds in the last 18 months but I haven't really done anything to do it...I've just been living in poverty. When you're looking for the last .20 cent coin to buy a bag of rice (cus I don't like beans...) it isn't all that hard to lose weight. It's funny that everyone is so worried on not being hungry when people who go to bed hungry everyday are healthier and live longer...The problem with me is that every time I go home now I put on like 3-5 pounds a week cus my parents always have a full fridge and I'm not gonna stop myself from eating anything...

good job dude, im jealous.

I weigh ~105kg (230lbs) now and im starting with diet now, it shouldnt be too hard for me, with 3 regulated boarding school meals i can replace. then i just wont eat inbetween, and see where it takes me

105kg (230lbs) at 192cm (1.29ft) lets see what this looks like in a month or 2.

Careful with the boarding school food. A lot of it is high in salt which isnt too good when it comes to losing weight.

My advice for meals

Breakfast-Yogurt w/ granola and some eggs

Lunch-Panini of sorts and a salad w/ very little dressing

Dinner-Meat+vegetables. Just keep it to the minimum

Drinks-Water, water, and more water.

i dont eat most of the meals anyway, i meant i have 3 fixed times to eat an will force myself to not snack between.

also, my boarding school has a bunch of chefs with a designated desert chef, its good for boarding school food.

thanks for the tips though, imma try that out

This thread makes me want to get out and cut some weight. Motivation thread! And good shit OP and everyone else who has been able to do it.

Awesome job, I've done a tiny 190 to 160. That was hard, I can't imagine almost 100 pounds though. Maybe you can convince ehv to hop on this.

That's awesome guys, it's nice to see that people don't just keep getting larger, and take the initiative to get slimmer. I fucking hate the, "I want to loose weight by changing absolutely nothing" people.

Last week I was officially the biggest I've ever been (290), but also the strongest (hang snatched 225, cleaned 300). I've decided enough is enough. In the past week I've cleaned up my diet and stopped snacking all evening and I'm down 5.5lbs. I know that kind of number isn't sustainable, but it's amazing what cleaning things up right off the hop.

awesome job everyone, I've been a huge advocate for health and wellness for many years now, and nothing makes me happier than when i see someone in the gym who is overweight busting their ass day in and day out. Its your responsibility to take care of your body and no one elses, eat well, workout, dont binge drink and the results will come. Keep it up

been thinking about doing this...seems like a reasonable way to cut carbs as opposed to being vegan/whatever

i'm not too overweight ~185-190 at 5'9" basically have a beer gut from drinking way too much and having a mostly sedentary desk job...i want to lose it before it because too much/difficult

"body transformation"

"I've gotten WAY more cut up"

hahahaha, this can't be fucking serious...

YEAH BRO, GO GET SHREDDED!!! LET'S TRANSFORM OUR BODIES, BROOOO

Once I started rehab for my ACL surgery, I dropped 40 pounds in 4 months without even realizing. Just went to the gym once a day (sometimes twice) and ate food that wasn't bad for me. I also ended up gaining a ton of muscle weight as well. I love seeing all of your weight loss stories! Yeee! Good job man!

This gets me stoked. I was at 183 sophomore year and in 8 months I got down to 153 and have held it since + gained muscle and lost weight.

Ah, another bro holding up the stereotype of being stupid and aggressive that appears to be brought on by being "under equipped", as the ladies would say... if they could talk but you probably have them in a roofie-induced coma by the time your junk comes out.

hahaha sucks to suck. That "big dick" fad is over, its all about the huge nuts tiny dick lifestyle.

Jim Stoppanni is the fucking man! After you finish the shred, try out his shortcut to size workout. Im on week 5 of that right now, and it's fucking awesome!

Sorry for dub post, but here are the links to Jim Stopanni's shortcut to size and shortcut to shred programs. Both are excellent programs that yield results (I'm using the shortcut to size on now, and I have friends who have done the shred). For those who want to not just lose weight but burn fat and gain muscle, bodybuilding.com has a ton of other stuff in addition to these two workouts.

Just as a side note, intermittent fasting has been said to work great as well. I can't really get in a good eating/fasting schedule due to my workout/school/work schedule, but my wresting buddy has lost about 12 pounds in the last 10 days on this diet.
