They've been pretty great! SInce the program uses microcycles to determine rep ranges (12-15 first week, 9-11 second week, 6-8 third week, and 3-5 4th week and then repeat), I'm only on my second week in a rep range I've been at before. That said, I've got my bench up about 20 pounds at 4 sets of 12 reps, and A lot of my bicep/back stuff up around 20 pounds as well! It's a great program, and I've also been using his jym pre-workout and that stuff is nuts; fantastic for really early morning workouts!
