Weigh loss? (10 months of transformation so far)

They've been pretty great! SInce the program uses microcycles to determine rep ranges (12-15 first week, 9-11 second week, 6-8 third week, and 3-5 4th week and then repeat), I'm only on my second week in a rep range I've been at before. That said, I've got my bench up about 20 pounds at 4 sets of 12 reps, and A lot of my bicep/back stuff up around 20 pounds as well! It's a great program, and I've also been using his jym pre-workout and that stuff is nuts; fantastic for really early morning workouts!
 
Nice job. I was trying to gain weight. Finally filled in a little bit. Other than belly doesn't seem like I've gained anything really but I'm not nearly as lanky as I was. I'm tall so I seemed extra tiny.

If I could get my belly to fill the rest of my body I'd be stoked.

im doing the opposite, working out and eating as much as i can, but still cant put on weight unless i hit the gym 4+ days a week and really mow down.

weird how we struggle from opposite sides haha

look at your macros, you need to hit your minimum fat and prots everyday! if you eat a whole fuck of carbs, it will not help.. you have to eat a lot but a lot of good food
