I am tired of laying in bed like a piece of shit until 10-11 am every day that I don't have an early class (5 days a week). I want to start working towards living a better, overall healthier lifestyle, so my goal is to set a time and try to wake up at that time every single day, just to see how I feel after a few weeks. Here's a list of what I want to do to help in achieving my goal:
-Wake up at the same time EVERY day (6:00am)
-Eat better. More fruits/veggies, less meat, less processed foods.
-Exercise daily. It would be ideal to go for a run or go to the gym at 6:00 every morning when I wake up.
-Don't force myself to sleep at night, and don't force myself to stay awake. Simply go to sleep when I get tired.
-Eat lightly at night. Eat a relatively small final meal of fresh low-sugar fruits and veggies (avocados, tomatoes, cantaloupe, etc...).
Here's a link that does a good job of summarizing what i'm going for:

Has anyone on here tried to do anything like this? Constructive criticism would be very helpful.
