Vishnu/on3p culture getting worse

my home mountain and a lot of others i’ve traveled to have had at least 300 people with on3ps and vishnus and only 15 of those people were actually tolerable to be around. half of the other ones were just little kids in almost skin tight pants that can’t even kfed.
 
I feel like Vishnu/ON3P had a culture 20 or 3 years ago where only kids with hella good style and tricks were riding them and now there are just a bunch of kids riding them that can barely hit a rail. It’s kind of disappointing to see. I get it, it’s a business and at the end of the day a sales a sale but it’s just annoying to see. Vishnu/ON3P’s been killing it recently. Obviously not on them at all. I think they’re keeping it real and dominating right now.

yeah i will and always till the end of my career buy a pair of vishnus and on3ps every year. i used to like supporting them for the brand because i was and still do hate line skis and so i was buying vishnus and on3ps but now i’m really connected with the ski mentally

i’m just saying culture used to be real now it’s ass skiing isn’t just a sport it’s a community and honestly i’m not gatekeeping at all but it’s kinda lame to ride the train

imo even good "culture" is lame. Recognizing solid brands is all fine and dandy but if you take a step back at how ur observing brands daily its a bit weird to have any reaction at all. clothing is clothing. gear is gear. some is better quality than others. id hate to find myself actually noticing/recognizing that someone is wearing a "dope" or "montec" jacket in a lift line

Everyone gets mad when their favorite indie band puts out a second album that does well.

IMO ON3P and Vishnu are not the same. One is a ski company and one is a top sheet company, fuck the hype.

My friend rides on3ps and can't hit a single rail or jump. the only people who have ever given him grief about it were the literal 13 year olds at our home mountain

its nice af being the only one at my hill tin CT that rides surfaces and j skis lol, ive noticed a ton of vishnu but im past my judging days, im just happy i can still shred in the park without getting a heart attack LMAO

ON3P is a ski company, not a park ski company. Always have been. It may look like a park ski company based on social media, but they realize that only their park customers give a shit about social media.

I have never been to a place where anyone gives a shit about your park skiing based on what is on your feet.

The more people buy the skis, the more successful the brand is. Unless on3p original vishnu fall off supporting their riders that's a good thing. Period.

The whole dope/Montec thing is annoying only because they aren't really supporting skiing. They start sponsoring comps, new riders, events? I'll be in one. The anorak style is ?
 
when i first got my magnus 90s it was during the rise of swerve skiing and i got bullied for not being a swerve skier with on3ps
