Whats xkla? Xan man? I thought he only sews shitty clothes, spray paints shit and fights minors? Ide forsure wanna make my own skis (in the same way vishnu does (send topsheet design to china, recieve skis with my topsheet)) but that shits expensive and I wouldnt wanna sell them.

Selling skis sucks unless you are big enough to never have to speak to your customers.

If I made skis though my topsheets would fucking bang. I guarantee you that you would fuck with them, you'd want a pair forsure. I also wouldnt sponsor anyone or host events or reply to shit on instagram. Ide be the carti of the ski industry.?

ig is it just all ski movies then. I just like how it isn’t solely focused on skiing. There’s B roll that isn’t just smashing a table. It’s the peoples interactions before and after tricks, Cars passing by the spot on long lense. It’s not just the skiing. Plus the thanks segment was ?

kind of in the same boat. I've been injured for 18 months now and I'm finding it's impossible for me to get excited about skiing until I can actually ski injury free again

the superproof movie that powis petit and hill did was kinda interesting. Like there was sort of a story to it but not in the literal sense.

Yeah the recruitment and the masquerade are two of my fave movies ever, I can see why people wouldn't like them but at least they're different, and the skiing is obviously insane
 
I think I’m actually tired of going to hood in May after 6 years in a row. Hoping to go to mammoth in the spring instead if my injuries can heal up

Young snow or B dog they are interchangeable, they are both the techiest arms-glued steeze lords in the game I fluctuate between them, Phil has better street tho

Daniel hanka and Cole Drexler are in my top 5 for best styles of all time (pretty sure that is an unpopular opinion)
 
Best pow/backcountry style is tanner rainville, no question. His after dark seg is nothing but floaty 3s, epic straightlines, and absolutely BOUNCING down pillows. The only guy who comes close is delorme or maybe EP but imo t rains is the BC style goat

He's got some of the best style in the air and clean landings but I gotta disagree, t rains makes skiing pillows look impossibly easy and fun, does timeless tricks, there are a lot of L1P movies from the mid 2010s that have insane t rains clips buried in the middle of them so I feel like people never really took notice like they should have
