Sports jerseys are sick. My friend was wearing a Habs jersey at Windells, and Will Berman was wearing a Blackhawks jersey, and they started trash talking in the lift line

I think some people can be pretentious about it but skiing is pretty important to me and to lots of people, and I appreciate all the people who take time to write stuff. Skiing is pretty silly when you think about it, but it's still important to me regardless.

NBA jerseys always look good if you aren't wearing anything under them. If you are they look horrible. Don't really see anyone rocking one with nothing underneath on warm days ever.

If its over 50 degrees and sunny and you are still wearing a helmet and goggles you look like a fucking cunt.

It seems impossible to avoid getting snow all up in my sunnies no matter the conditions. They fog up and are impossible to clear.

At my home park they usually have only 1 booter and it's pretty big, and for the people who are new it's really tough. 90% of people who try it end up casing it and it's pretty painful to watch. Side hitting is pretty much the only option for ppl who are new.

agreed, but i saw some kid sidehit while park crew was raking 1 of the features and the dude just stared at her while she sat on the ground after she ate shit.

also it sucks in the spring when too many people sidehit and it looks like someone road over it with a saucer

fr it’s a great way for people to get into it, and get comfortable in the air. ofc side hits and progression parks would be better but most people don’t have access to a great progression park imo. especially kids who do it. I’ve got friends who will yell the must vulgar shit at kids for side hitting and it pisses me off. usually i’ll go apologize to the kid for my friends being idiots and then explain to them hey u gotta make sure someone’s not about to hit the feature etc

He has done some rad shit, hitting drops switch and stuff, but yeah you can def tell the places where other competitors are charging and skiboss is skiing scared

True, but only when snow conditions align. Last couple of years on the tour have had shitty conditions everywhere, and i just donts see him charging hard when its not soft.
 
i like real skifi but idk what the consensus is one here. do you guys like them? i could understand why you wouldn't, they're not exactly the toughest looking crew and they don't produce much content, that being said they do some pretty cool and creative stuff.

i think why people don't like it (besides possibly getting in the way) is because it makes these big ruts on the side of the jump and misshapes the jump on the sides, but its' not like i'm not guilty of doing that when i was younger lol

Kind of like the Richie Jackson of skiing. Real Skifi is basically just what a redditor would imagine “creative trick skiing” is.

If you showed your in-laws who don’t ski Keegan kilbride they wouldn’t care but if you showed them real skifi they would be like “wow, that’s the best skiing I’ve ever seen!”

They are mad good tho so ppl don’t hate them, it’s just kinda gimicky idk
 
ski shop liability is kinda cooked. Like I get it in terms of liability: You don't want to get sued by some dipshit beater but some ski techs can let some shit slide you know??? My soles are cooked and not the shell and they're not banna'd so just help a dude out. I'll give you beer and weed. Fuck I need to buy a nice Dewalt and find a jig for pivots. I want to re-mount my Woodsman 116s.

Also skiing needs to be like hockey where you can beat the shit out of each other for something stupid, get thrown in the sin-bin, talk it out, and then go back out onto the snow.
