University of Colorado Concealed Carry Ban Ruled Unconstitutional

Mentally stable person with CCP pulls gun on not mentally stable person with gun holding up a school, what do you think is going to happen? Do you think the non-mentally stable person holding up the school is just going to lay down his shit and go into custody to some kid? No he is going to freak out take a shot at the kid, and likewise the person with CCP will be forced to fire too. Seeing as how both individuals don't have a clue what they are doing as I doubt they have had any sort of combat training, it will most likely result in some crazy gun fight. Resulting in more innocent people getting hurt in the crossfire.
 
haha no it would not turn into some crazy hollywood gun battle. the guy with the CCP would draw his gun ready to fire, and in this situation, probably would just take a shot right away. you go through some good training to get your concealed carry, and the CCP holder would most likely have a decent idea of what to do in that situation.

even if he did draw and just point it at the guy holding up the school, if the crazy guy tried to take a shot at him, anybody with a half decent reaction time would easily be able to fire before he even got a chance.
 
Haha so you think the kid with CCP would just draw and hit him right on the money? I have never fired a gun but I can imagine that shooting an actually armed person is a lot different than shooting at a target at the range. Let alone add the plenty of innocent bystanders around, I would have my doubts he hits him right on the money taking him down...
