You do know that when someone is charged with '34 counts' it doesn't mean 34 different crimes right?

Each count represents a separate instance of a violation of the same statute/law... so of course it seems copypasted - because he kept doing the same crime over and over in similar ways.

If you're charged with 4 counts of first-degree murder, it means you intentionally murdered 4 people. You might have killed one with a knife, another with a gunshot, another by throwing them off a 24-story rooftop, and another by choking them with an iPhone charging cable, but it's all still a murder charge.

Some of you guys never even watched a single episode of Law & Order and it shows...

Seems like 34 counts of misdemeanor fraud would be a slam dunk, from what I’m hearing people generally think the felony charge is a stretch. Or at least it’s not clear yet.

I think it becomes more academic the more time goes by. The voters should have known about this prior to the 2016 election, let alone the 2020 election, now it’s likely going to be 2024 before there’s any resolution. Trump is going to be so fucking old before any of the substantial things he’s done wrong come to bear it’s like why even bother.

DeSantis won't win if the GOP doesn't substantially change their stance on abortion.

This recent Texas mifepristone ruling is throwing fuel on the fire that is currently decimating the GOP's positioning among moderates.

If the GOP really was about letting states decide about abortions they wouldn't have tried to have that product banned nationally.
