His lawyer also pretty much gave the prosecution all of his phone records which were then able to be put into evidence.
Dude lost because he didn't even play, and the judge wasn't having any more of his bullshit, and then his lawyer just threw in the towel for him by giving the opposing counsel his whole phone records and allowed it to be entered into evidence without objection lol.
