To Zach Davison

except the fact that you know fuck all about contracts is why youre wrong. they cant just change a fucking contract nimrod. it is the way it is. and for everyone's information the way ski company teams work is not based on what you think of their riders. it has an actual structure to it.

Zach is a great rider! He will get his props for sure.. Right now I beleive he is on Armada's Developmental Team....

The AM Team is Grete, TJ, and Jacob..

can you explain the structure then? im not arguing, im just trying to understand this concept better. shouldnt contracts have something built in that allows changes?

zach's knee smells like pee but he is a g so you wont see me getting anything free cause whoop dee dee i just do threes.

Whats was the point of that? I'm sticking to facts here and based on what I have seen of theese kids,

1~ Zack is good, but at the same time i ski with ALOT of kids who are ALOT better who get NOTHING from any company, zack is stoked on armada im sure

2~ Travis OWNS him on rails, and can for sure "hang" with his jumping skillz, I personally have seen travis do Switch cork 5's,7's, and 9's so dont even front with the whole he only hits rails bullshit

3~ Settle down Amanda I'm not going out of my way to shit on you, nor have i mentioned h30 in months........ and boy do I have some things to mention

Arsix- you sound like a retard when you say shit like this.

"xcept the fact that you know fuck all about contracts is why youre wrong. they cant just change a fucking contract nimrod. it is the way it is. and for everyone's information the way ski company teams work is not based on what you think of their riders. it has an actual structure to it."

Oh yeah, I forgot, there is some shit that I think I've heard of before that allow contracts to change over time, lets see, I seem to remember something called an opt-out clause and another thing called, incentive guarantees, and many more SUBJECTIVE clauses in contracts that most certainly allow them to change the deal over time. Hardly any contract signed anywhere in any buisness these days is guaranteed, unless you are part of a very powerful union, like Major League Baseball, or the Teamsters-those are contracts that as you say "you can't just fucking change" Until their is a pro skiers union that is more powerful then the companies that write the contracts don't talk to me about how pro and am skiers deals are unbreakable and set in stone.

Next time don't try to school people unless you have useful to teach.

thats bassically it Tim knows whats up, Zack worked to get what hes gotten and hes gotten what he deserves no more no less, and the same goes for travis all you ever see is a sick shot every once and a while, he doesnt do shit to promote himself becuase he doesn't care about that shit, there both stoked on armada im sure even though there not listed in adds and all that bullshit

It is nonetheless the case that the Armada team system is structured a certain way, and they aren't likely to go swtching people to the am list or the pro list or... well, whatever list, just because some kids on a website think they should be. The fact is, and I forget who said this the last time this came up, but the Armada contract system is not a matter of public opinion.

Very true Mr. May. That is one thing no one can argue with. And that typo really killed my last line about not schooling unless you have something to teach huh?

yea, sean field (fields, not sure) should get more aswell if he's still on armada, i dono but i think 4th in the x-games is a pretty big deal

there are alot more armada riders than just zach....sean, heed, zach, phil casabon, spong...they are all dominating their respective scenes yet they are considered the "developement team" just because you arent on the am team doesnt mean you are getting ripped off by a sponsor...thats the way armada does shit..dont quibble over it

all i know is that when i see heed in park at mtsnow im in aww because his style is so much better than everyones

i see what ur saying man, but there is a big difference between phil cas who had a 20 second segment in whiteshine and zach who had a full seg in war and booter crunk. and skiing is zachs job now. kim, phil, derek, and sean are all still in school, but i see what ur sayin about how armada does the whole sponsorship deal

spong equal fischer, word on the street is he might quite skiing to persue his true passion of kung-fu though

All i know is that Zach has crazy urban steez, and coming from Alaska that crazy. There must be some ill urban rails up in Alaska.

I didnt even know zach was on Armada til i saw War and that says a lot cause I could have sworn was on some other company. I will agree with you that armada doesnt push him enough because I feel I know a pretty good % of whos on what in ski movies and I was so confused to see em on Armada. He def isnt pushed enough by them.
