TJ Schiller no longer on armada?

man this sucks... i really liked TJ because of hs love for his company.. like the 3 or so video interviews hes done over they years, they really made me respect riders like that.. not guys who are all about the money and dont care too much about their gear.. im depressed. i though he wouldnt turn on armada.. it would almost be like tanner turning on armada... its big news if you feel how i do

im really not digging core, they're pulling people away from there roots of the companies that supported them to pro status

COREUPT has money because its just a department of Dynastar, I CANNOT beleive they are still denying it, all the shapes are the same, and now they have rebranded look bindings, how can they even deny that they're not part of Rossignol/Dynastar.

i know man, everyone claims its wrong, but everytime i beleive people who say its not owned by rossi, something else comes up, like rebranded bindings.

i'm not going to be tottally convinced until someone from the french hq of dynastar writes saying that in fact coreupt is not a subsidary of Dynastar, call me crazy but, well call me crazy because i am.

here is the translation of that paragraph

"The rumor kitchen simmers. After in the relaunch of the new Armada websites of the Schönling with the marked deep, voice Thomas James Schiller was to be found, no longer in that per team. Everyone he ask remained is himself where. Out of "secret" sources, we know that it fell also the coreUPT team to the victim!

Very be named this News, medium communications lie know will give yet no before, as soon as we more it naturally again News...

Some of you will ask itself now yet more, what the hype entire has around coreUPT probably on itself. We ask ourselves also and are strained what will bring next season!"

Armada probably took a lot of money away away from tj when he got hurt... just like when grete got banged up. His injury probably has a lot to do with it

I'm with you. If they actually have no affiliation with Dynastar at all, that just makes it worse. If they didnt get their molds/dimensions from Dynastar they blatantly ripped them off.

That said, I think Mr. Mousseau knows something we dont, hopefully he'll fill us in.

coreupt is a rider operated company financed by a private investor. it was not the investor who initiated the project it was the skiers who found some one who is loaded and convinced him or her on their company. they are not affiliated with dynastar other than the use of their factory (the same way armada uses heads factory, if im not mistaken) and molds just for this season. my guess is in three years coreupt skiis are going to be unbelievable.

So in other words, we're buying the same stuff under a new name. Money still goes to Dynastar since they're using there factory and molds. Coreupt gets some money too.

pretty disappointed

For this season... yes!

Next year coreUPT will be producing skis from their own molds.

It has only been done in the Dynastar molds this year as there was such a short time between the green light with athletes like Candide to the season that they had to get something together. Dyna offered up their molds and factory for rent...

Though the flex, materials and design is all different to Dynastars. You will have to see/feel the product but their is a quality within coreUPT that is missing from Dynastar.

It is amaazing that they have TJ and others in their crew, but there is obviously going to be hate and doubt until they prove themselves.

Give this company a chance. You won't be disappointed.

On a note, i don't blame TJ for leaving he was just another team member at Armada when he is something special, maybe he can start afresh and shine at coreUPT...

Peace

So who ever said Tj was goin to CoreUpt?????

and why? because he's no where on there website ethier, if you checked yo facts an went to tha armada site an looked at their beach vacation/product development trip they took, you'll notice that Tj participated in it, which leads me to believe that he is still on tha teaM, there are alot of riders that they have that don't appear on the armada site

and tha stuff about CoreUpt being made by Dynstar is correct becuase dynstar and rossignol are together and CoreUpt is coming out with a binding that is identical to a LOOK, and its called tha Dildo, lol, thats where everyone i knoe called that rossi/look dildo heel piece binding anyway, Baller.

actually i skied with anthony a bunch of times this year and he was killing it, we also started learning halfpipe together and he wants to go in x games this up coming year, and he probably will cause fuck that guy improves fast

no disrespect to anthony, personally ive met him and he is a great guy and skier but...a big mountain skier can just waltz into the xgames like that. I mean no doubt he can probably ski pipe but im guessing hes not anywhere near the level of halfpipe skiing he would need to be at in order to be at X

i dunno man, i mean hes doing pretty huge stuff now and its his first year really trying pipe, he still has all next year, and no he wont just waltz into x games, hes gonna try us open pipe first. i dont know if he'll be good enough either man, but that guy is one of the most determined people ive ever met

Gurlain and a bunch of investors own Coreupt, just like some rich English dude who lives in Verbier Owns Armada.

ya dude, the similarities between armada and coreupt are huge. the number one biggest difference is that armada came out first when freeride specific companies were rare

Anthony is soo underrated. Go back and watch 1242. He was spinning both ways into powder then, before it was even cool. I have no doubt he could make it into X if he's really dedicated.

Hey,

This is the Official Amarda Response:

"

As it relates to TJ, he

has stepped away as a member of the Armada team and has moved on to sign

another endorsement deal. TJ has been, and was, an integral part of the

Armada family over the past 4 years and we wish him nothing but the best.

Please let me take a moment to dispel the myths that may be floating

around. Armada did not drop TJ and TJ did not drop Armada because of his

injury, or because we were on bad terms; nothing could be further from the

truth. This was a business decision for TJ and we will continue to

applaud his achievements in the future. As a company, Armada will move

forward in its efforts to provide skiers the world over with superior equipment

and will continue to develop its current team of skiers.

"

Bummer.

If he's going on corupt, then I really don't like corupt. We don't need a big company buying the best pros in the ski industry. Armada will always be cooler.
