I search bared and found nothing about "Ted the Caver", so I am pretty sure that this isn't a repost. Anyway, this is a series of blog entries from 1999-2001. It is about an avid caver and his buddy, and what they come across as they explore deep into an uncharted cave. I am not going to tell you what they find, as that is for you to come across yourself. It is a long story, taking me a few sit downs to get through. It is extremely suspenseful and one of those reads where it is really tough to stop. The combined suspense of what lies ahead and the thought of being in a tiny, pitch black cave deep underground make this a very good, and scary read. I was very freaked out at points... enjoy.

I was kind of pissed that it just ended. Making the assumption that "oh he went in the cave and never came out." Its pretty apparent now that the whole thing was fake. I'm sure he was a caver cause the pictures are real, but it definitely has to be fake. It's pretty hard to believe that someone is going caving and tells NO ONE else where he is going. If something happens and they're trapped, there is no possible way for them to be found. I'm sure this is Caving 101.

Good read...but after no picture of hieroglyphs and no pictures of anything else, I have decided must be fake.
 
ya kinda gotta assume its fake. Was a good read, I'm kinda mad I spent the time to read all of it but it was pretty trippy for the most part. Shit would be fucked if its real
 
Fuck, got me dead tense for 20 minutes straight, good read for sure, but yeah obvious creepypasta is obvious. Began to think it was fake with the pictures and the end just gave it away.

Good read, fucking scary if you are into that too.
 
i remember getting really into this a while back. the story is stupid and fake but the actual work they did in the cave and the passages and everything are sweet. i suggest you go through and look at the pictures if you don't want to read it
 
so he smelt a foul smell and heard some rocks sliding against each other in a cave. cool. not really that scary.
 
I remember this was posted in that other thread about weird stuff you find in the woods I think.

Just read it, I'm about 15 minutes in and it's definitely worth it. It hasn't gotten too scary or suspenseful yet but I can feel it coming.
 
If it comes from a dark hole in the ground, smells so bad that it gives you dry heaves, makes you purchase a gun and makes you lose sleep at night; it must be Obama.
 
Its a long story so this might be kind of long: Two guys find a cave, hear a creepy scream and grinding rocks from inside, one guy goes in and comes out really scared/messed up and won't say what happened, eventually the main guy goes in and notices weird stuff, a stench appears and the two guys book ass out of the cave, both of then live in paranoia afterwards, they decide to go back and thats where it ends.Sorry for the terrible grammar.
 
There was one creepypasta that a kid posted a while ago that was pretty fucking creepy at parts.

The one with the kid who moves, he has a cat, goes to the movies, and goes in the woods behind his house.

Yeah this is a re post but ancient so a lot of people most likely have not seen it. Its a great read, +k for making me remember it.
 
I think I was linked to this story 2 years ago from somewhere on NS like a creepy story thread or something.

Anyway, I spent like an hour and a half late at night reading it really slowly and getting REALLY FUCKING SCARED UNDER MY COVERS IN BED.

It might be fake but it's well written. I'm getting goosebumps just sitting at my computer.
