This is really fucking scary

This is a fucking great story. I had to stop midway through so I could read the rest tonight. I think I may play some eerie music to build suspense. I go spelunking all the time down in Kentucky (around where that Floyd Collins guy died actually) so I can relate to how creepy something like this would be. One thing that bothers me though is when he talks about taking a nap in the cave. That is something no spelunker should EVER do. If you fall asleep in a cave you can go in to hypothermia from the rock walls sucking heat out of your body. Im sure this is why they slept on the bags of rope though. Also how he says caving and not spelunking, but that can slip, I think he was just trying to make it easier for people to understand. Everything Is pretty spot on.
 
Can't believe I spent 30 minutes reading that. Well written, but it's fake and has a shit ending. Anyone who liked that and wants something more entertaining should watch Sanctum. It didn't get great reviews, but that shit is scary/suspensful.
 
Read the entire thing. Took forever but definitely worth it. I mean the ending sucked but it helped me waste my time and was suspenseful so that's good.
 
Question is how many times did you hit the next button before you got it. I admit to at least 3. Just couldn't accept that it was the end.
 
i dont want to by THAT guy but i saw this on a thread a year or two ago.

didnt like how it ended so abruptly and unbelievably for a caver with at least some experience. kinda pissed me off but w/e took a while to read and i liked it
 
Just read a story about how a 8 year old girl who saw red scurrying likes outside of her bedroom window for almost 10 years every night. One night her dad sees them after years of explaining and the next day they go out into the woods across from her side of the house and there were hundreds and hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground.

Stupid/fake but still suspenseful and eerie.
 
This. Scariest thing I've read. For people who haven't seen this I posted the first part and you can move on to the next ones through a link at the bottom of every story.
 
Gutted that it finished so quickly, knew it was fake but it was quite an exciting read and I really wanted to know what happened.
