How is it a surprise to people that facebook is going to impose the new version on customers after a short period of allowing some to switch? They've literally done just that like what, 4 times now?

and also, a fucking facebook petition isn't going to do shit all.
 
i don't think you know how FB works, you can never delete your account, the information will always be on their servers
 
They have a full deletion that gets rid of all your shit. Is it still probably saved somewhere like in a database in NSA head quarters? Maybe but it takes like two weeks and then it's fully gone.
And eheath that pie chart is so fucking gay. I didn't delete my facebook because of lack of privacy or to talk about deleting it. Facebook is wack as shit along with twitter and I think it's bringing the human race to an embarrassing, superficial, celebrity butt fuck, loose moral, uneducated, melting pot of horrendous proportions targeted at the masses and I choose to not partake in that.
 
Is the view of your facebook really so important? You care so much about how your personal page looks? I would say focus on how people view you as a PERSON not as a god damn web page. Who gives a shit.
 
Meh, I'm just gonna wait until it auto timelines. I like it the way it is but I don't really care if / when everything changes to timeline.
 
Meh, the timeline isn't great...but its whatever. Its just a website. There are more important things in life to get your panties in a bunch about.
 
I deleted (disabled - you can't fully delete i believe) mine and shit hit the fan. I got so many angry texts and calls from people asking why I have removed them as friends...

Needless to say that it actually can be very helpful for staying in touch with people, and snooping! but facebook is set up to be addictive - which it can be.

i reactivated mine after a month or so because i realised i no longer had any idea of when the next party was going to be, or to contact people who i don't have their numbers etc. + i'm weak minded.

 
The sweetest thing about timeline is choosing an epic cover photo...i currently have a vicious sea serpent about to destroy a vessel...thats exactly what i want people to look at when they click on my name
 
who gives a fuck, they're providing us with a free service, and if its that much of an inconvenience to you then don't use it. Obviously its going to change every once in a while just deal with it
 
as long as i can talk to friends i dont see on a daily basis or people who live no where near me im fine. or get my edits out there
 
If they do I'll just delete my facebook it's already pretty gay. It's just a way to creep on people which is all people do on there
 
first of all, it's facebook. who gives a shit.

second of all, remember the last changes they made that everybody hated? probably not. you're used to it now. there's no reason why you wont get used to a new layout a few weeks after it comes out too.

so stop being a 14 year old fairy boy and acting like it matters.
 
Can you really sign a petition to stop something that the owner wants to change? I mean i changed over and its not that bad after a while, and the cover photo is awesome. But forreal just deal with it and stop being a pussy, its only a website not the end of the world.
 
I don't get why everyone always gets their panties in a bunch when Facebook makes a change. I they didn't make the occasional change, people would lose interest. If Mark didn't touch facebook since 2000 and whenever it came out, it probably wouldn't be nearly as popular as it is now. If someone wants to reword what I'm saying that'd be great cuz I'm having trouble finding the right words for it
