Really? I hope it heals well! I had my tongue pierced when I was 18. I don't think it was done right. It was swollen, bad. And black and blue. And sooooo painful. I couldn't eat solid food for days. After about two weeks, I decided enough was enough, and I didn't want it in anymore (plus, it shouldn't take that long to heal). Problem was, the balls were screwed on very tight (because of the latex gloves they use) - and I couldn't get them off. My tongue killed with pain when I tried. I just wanted to rip it out. After a day of trying, I finally got some latex gloves, and took that shit off. The swelling went down immediately, and the bruise went away after a day or so. Clearly I was not meant to have it pierced.
...and that's my story.
