The chairmen of the fed is appointed by elected officials just like the FDA. So the the people who leads them technically represent the people's choices much like the process to become a fed judge.  I think you referring to how lobbying corrupts the system but I would know from that vague quote. That my friend is the political system not a monopoly. Or maybe your talking about how much power they have which is like saying congress is a monopoly because they are the only ones that make the law
 
So you don't believe comunism will work because there cannot be any classes in comunism. Since Broshep defined as a relation to the mode of production for us then Under the communistic system every one has to be a producer and there cannot be any government admins

social class is hierarchical. but not all hierarchies are based on social class.

in soviet union, managers were elected by the soviets from the factory floor.

the communist party was made up of mostly peasants and workers.

the bureaucracy was composed of working class, professional, and technical classes

Lol no social classes you mentioned like 10. The reason communist party is made up of peasants and worker Is because that all communism will ever produce. I don't know any Siberian farmer who was in the bureaucracy. Do you think Anyone in the bureaucracy would let their son work a field ? People don't give up power and wealth which is why hierarchical system turns into classes. The only way for a soviet to break the class system was to join the military And become a hero.
 
They did not fund it they invested a company who had A patent for a pesticide before the war. The company then subleased their patent during the war to two manufaures. That's like saying because I have a patent for nuclear reaction someone asked me to lease them the patent. They make a nuclear bomb which was unthought of at the time of the agreement. Now I am responsible for funding the nuclear bomb and killing thousands of people

Even if they knew it was being shipped to concentration camps which I doubt zyklon b is used to Delouse (kill disease spreading bugs) prisioners cloths.

Superior orders is a long held rule of law. The London character nullified this defense after the war 1945. As such the nuremburg trials did not recognize that defense. Since most of the crimes you are taking about happened before 1945 the yes lawfully they were wrongly sentenced. Does that make the things they did right no am I happy they rotted in jail yes but lawfully they were wrongly sentenced

Like Vanderbilt blocking the only railroad bridge to get into NY to cause stock to plummet so he could commence a cheap hostile takeover of companies.

Ig is not a cartel the right word would be conglomerate. Zyklon b was used for the past 10 years before ig bought into the company. So they did not fund the development of the pesticide. Let see if I can get this right this time you're an idiot
