right bottom (zippered) pocket also has a pass leash. This jacket is like an advent calendar, you just find something new about it every day
 
GET THE GREY JACKET INSTEAD

Looks way way better imo, and no one really has that combo (whereas loads of people have the one you posted)
 
This. I pre-ordered the grey jacket and got the Murda pants later, and it looks pretty tight, but I tried on my buddy's Alps, it looked so sick. I would have done the Alps if I didn't want to go more muted.

 
Lovin my pants. So nice to have pants that are actually waterproof and tech haha. Since my old ones had reached the point of being essentially water absorbant.
 
both the thumbholes ripped on my shut out today. It was my first time ever wearing it. Should i email saga about it or just try to sew them back together myself
 
its the perfect fit in my opinion. Not super tall but not super short. Like 2 inches above the knees and its not stupidly wide. seriously sick fit.
 
I do wish Saga would have sent Emails to there costumers about the 50/60% sale first.... I would have got another pants and jacket set. But next year I guess, when dose the Saga 2012/13 thread start?? TeeHee
 
What color pants to rock with the Vivid blue jacket???? That light/pale yellow (not sure the name) or black ??? The yellow will get dirty quick but so will the Vivid blue.!.! If anyone has these combos please post picks, thanks
 
I think so too, after THall cased it on chads gap, all o see is yellow pants and red jackets.. I call it the Ronald McDonald Steezie
 
they used to. look at their first few lines from like 06/07 and 07/08 which was more earth tones, then 08/09 which was muted colors
 
my on deck and classic stripe shirt came today. on deck fits perfectly, tshirt is wayyy to big. it's a large, and if anyone wants to buy it i will gladly sell it to them very cheaply. still has the tags on too

when ordering my shit i was charged$20 for priority shipping but when i got the confirmation email it said ground shipping. did this happen to anyone else?
 
Most definatly is not. UPS sucks, usps is much faster. My friend ordered something after me and already got it, and i'm still waiting. his was shipped with USPS and mine with UPS. I don't know why they dont' just use one shipping company...
 
I'm still waiting as well--and I ordered Monday. I guess it's just my personal opinion. UPS Ground is more reliable, more secure, and provides more tracking information, so there are trade-offs. But given that they are the base shipping options for their respective carriers, they are comparable options.

My guess is that the large volume of orders during the Reverse Sale forced them to use two carriers. Some companies have certain contracts with carriers allowing them to send so many packages. Overages occasionally have to be sent via an alternative carrier.

Just a thought. I'm trying to remain patient.
 
You would think that if this happened and they were forced to use a different carrier they would at least ship UPS 3 Day so the customer would receive it in the same timeframe. It's disappointing that people purchased 2-3 Day shipping and still haven't received their gear a week later.
 
Definitely true. I've long said that Saga has the opportunity to get more recognition in the ski industry; they just have to clean up their shipping situation. It happens perennially. And it shouldn't. I know that they're working on it, but for "working on it," it sure is taking a long time to fix.
 
I have had a total of 5 shipping experiences with saga and every single one has been extremely good. I changed my mind during pre-order and they helped me out and got it shipped on time even though it was my fault not theirs. Every other time everything has been shipped on time if not before and they always throw in an extra goodie.

My jacket that i preordered last year came as expected, even when i changed addresses.

My pants got here by Friday, I ordered them on the sale day.

When ive ordered tees or whatnot theyve always arrived in a timely manner as well.

Not really sure what NS's problem is with shipping, unless they expect 2 day shipping for super cheap or some other unreasonable expectation.
 
Well the problems lies where the customer purchases 2-3 Day shipping and doesn't receive 2-3 Day shipping. Personally I did get the 2-3 Day, but it isn't really fair to those who didn't.
