The 2011-2012 Saga thread

this was known from the beginning when the pre-order started. idk why you kids are freaking out when it's only the 25th.
 
well you should have planned around that because you knew when you ordered it that it'd be till nov 30th or later until you would get it
 
Yeah both parts are true, because then the week before the 14th Saga made a blog post with shipping info.

They said all the Anomie pants as well as about half the Anomie jackets, the On Deck, and the Shutout will begin shipping the 14.

Then it went onto say the remaining Anomie jackets and the Slims will begin shipping the 21.

Lastly they said all of the pre-orders will be fulfilled by the 25.

So all though in the original pre-sale clause it said that it would fulfill orders by the 30, they got overly ambition and went on to promise the 25. So who knows it is just mass confusion. I will be excited when all preorders are done and we start getting some pics of everyone shredding in their gear!

...or a mirror pic in your room.
 
just got my saga vest black in the mail! I love it so much, fit is perfect i'm 5'4 and i got a medium, gets to the top of my kneecap. only thing that would be negative about it is how thin and not warm it is, if you get cold easy don't get it to ski unless you plan on layers like 10 t shirts. so much pocket! i can take pics for fit if anybody want.

Haha I just ordered another jacket in L cuz the Xl was too big and now I get all that free stuff and a jacket that fits, I just hope they send the second one as fast as the first
 
any idea how long it takes to ship to UK for a full anomie suit? i selected express international which cost 65 dollars. really hope it ships soon, need it by december 16th.
 
yes, i understand you guys are busy but i love seeing kind of behind the scenes videos and updates

i just hope i get my stuff soon though
 
So stoked!! Ordered a L Murda Mystery yesterday with the black friday sale. Can't wait!! I didn't have to put any special code in to get the free stuff right?
 
ordered for $850, 2 mails are sent to saga, no response received..

feeling like im not willing buy pre-orders any more...pretty shitty disregard from saga..
 
I find it usually takes 2-3 days for them to get back to you. Other options could be to call and leave a message or see if the they are on the live help on their website.
 
not hatin but i think there more worried about getting every order out right now. remember they are a small company and they dont have a lot of people to ship things out. i'm guessing they have focused on shipping everything as fast as possible than answering emails
 
this. Dan and Sean are the two main customer service reps and they've been basically working around the clock to pack and ship orders.
 
i emailed them last Thursday, this Tuesday, and called them Wednesday and nothing other then a shipping conformation for a jacket i was trying to cancel. Kinda pissed
 
I'm giving it 4 more days before i start complaining....but why does saga promise things like early shipping and then not come through on it for everyone. just leave the deadline at Nov 30th...dont get my hopes up
 
would be awesome if they would upgrade everyones shipping thats preorders go out beggining of this upcoming week to overnight or whatever the fastest one is since they said it would all be out by the 25th. but doubt it will happen. just gotta wait like 4 more weeks for my anomie...
 
It would be.. But the orders that go through the shipping process are not determined how fast they get to you by saga, but by the shipping companies themselves
 
This sucks.

I was just told I need $400 to spend on school books, and unfortunately I cant get work between now and next semester. Bye bye new Saga suit :-(

Hopefully they get my email before they ship it to me..
