The 2011-2012 Saga thread

tempted to get the baclava's.. anyone know if it'll be warm enough? looks like a thin neoprene and that might not be much use if ill only use it when its snowing and coldish.
 
I just want to get mine before the first weekend in december..i left all my ski gear up at my ski house and since im at college I cant get to it...and Stowe is open..
 
they're thin as hell. You kinda get what you pay for, I don't know what everyones talking about saying they're so amazing. But they're definitely worth 10 bucks or whatever.
 
Just so it's clear, I'm not saying I don't like mine. I love them, they're perfect cause they're easy to breath through, and offer me the perfect amount of protection. If it's super cold, just throw a tube over top. They just aren't super quality, and not thick.
 
no the balaclava's aren't thick at all, my beard hairs poke through it after I've shaved. lol but the fit is great, the hole isn't too big or too small. dope!

The guy with canada post told me custom charges were completely random, which is why it costs me money sometimes, and others not.
 
I ordered mine third day of preorders.. Still no shipping conf for XL shutout varsity, L slims and tube and beanie pack. Also, for the customs taxes.. They definetly tax you if you are in Canada. My friend paid 30 bucks for his on deck in taxes and I ordered a gopro 2 and taxes where 50 bucks
 
Did any of you change your order at any point after pre ordering and got what you changed your order to? I just want to make sure I don't get what I originally ordered.
 
I still have not received my order confirmation while ordering in July...Regardless, I changed my order and they told me that the order would show no changes in shipping confirmation, but it would be changed.

I hope I get this email soon. Getting lil annoyed.
 
im thinking of getting the one deck coat away did any one get it an im thinking about getting the xl im 5'7 not be a retarrd but i want it "hood" tall is xl just toooooo tall for me? thanks
 
not to be a debbie downer but i dont see saga getting in all the orders today. they have yet to give anyone that got slims, takeovers, stormtroopers, and i believe another jacket out yet and a lot of people haven't even gotten shipping conformations on the first date of shipping, on the 14th.if saga gets everyone's orders in today i would be really stoked but they have a lot of work ahead of them today if that's ganna happen.
 
Oh Im right there with you. I realize its unrealistic to think they will get them all out within the next couple hours or so. I dont think I have heard of anyone getting the Creamsicle jacket (Durtischi one) either.

I really want a corporal vest. I'm 5,11. What size should I get if I want it to fall a few inches above the knees? I have pretty dark gray pants. Should i get gray or black? Help is very much appreciated, thanks +k

Get XL and get black.. Grey on grey usually doesn't look as good as black on black so go with the black on grey.. Definetly XL if you want it taller too
 
Has anyone that ordered a stormtrooper jacket got their confirmation? this is sorta ridiculous, i ordered my anomie second week of preorders and, it seems like all the other jackets are shipping except the stormtrooper...
