ok I keep seeing the crew/hoodie? with the big saga logo repeated down the garment, anyone know what this is? if it'll be available?
 
im so happy i got my xl smoke and mirrors 1/2 day vest before they sold out!! got some large lobster pants too!! finna look so tight
 
"Still November 30th" was Saga's response to someone asking if there was going to be an early shipping date on the facebook page.

 
I'm drowning my sadness about Saga not shipping early but purchasing Jiberish that may or may not arrive before my outerwear..

 
I think it was an I See What You Did there moment but I'm not sure.. I think another guy made a thread with the word "wormth" in it a little while ago
 
And you just can't put a price on looking good.

I'm really hoping we get some kind of contact from the Saga guys. Even if it's just a production update with some nifty photos.
 
didn't they say after the first week of november we'd get an update?
i'll now sit and wait patiently for any news.
 
We maybe haven't gotten any news cause they are maybe themselves waiting on some shipping news from the company in China who are making their stuff.. ?
 
Sorry for dub post but that will look soo sick. I have fallen in love with the red and purple combo ever since I saw it on wallisch 2 years back.
 
I'm thinking they will barring some big mix up.

They gave us a shipping date for a reason. A lot of people were just too optomistic back in the Summer that November 30th was a worst case scenario for shipping instead of the actual time.
 
Does anyone have or want to give me a review on the bookworm crew? I'm thinking about buying but want to know the quality before I do.

Also, I'm not positive on the size I should get. I'm buying it for streetwear so I don't want it to be tall fitting at all. I'm 6'0 and was thinking a medium...
 
definitely large, i have the ivy league in a large and its a perfect streetwear fit, not too tall, sleeves are just long enough that they dont look really baggy, yet you can still use the hobo holes and the sleeves will still fit perfect in a full range of movement

 
im sure they learned a lesson after that massive shit storm a couple years back, even though it technically wasnt their fault. what i mean is that the Nov 30th date is probably a very conservative estimate just in case they have a worst-case scenario where it takes til the last day of November to ship everything. i'm sure theyre hoping to get it all out much sooner if possible.

and hey, if it's positive spin youre looking for, maybe we havent heard from them cause theyre furiously boxing up all the orders as we speak, and the next announcement will be "surprise! it's shipped!"

 
Fuckin figure it out saga, you've got stacks of blue steels and some king cobras and stuff, and FD is already shipping. SHIP OUR GEAR.
 
Fuck off kid. I need my saga to come because ive been riding urban/ BC in a puffy jacket and torn up pants. You would think that, if they had a pile of their gear, they would ship all of it to the first people to preorder that peice.
 
Just because you've seen a picture of some completed jackets doesn't mean they have them ready to ship.

We all want our gear, but Saga never stated they would be shipping early. You knew what could potentially happen if you needed to wait for gear. So what if FD is shipping early. If it's more important that you have a suit at this very moment then I don't know why you wouldn't just buy one at a ski shop.
 
What exactly goes into getting jackets ready to ship? And I knew what would happen and took that risk, because who wants some ugly overpriced shitty gear that I would get at my local ski shop for twice the price.
 
A lot goes in to shipping. Keeping track of outgoing and incoming inventory while processing orders is a nightmare.

We all want our gear though, so don't get me wrong!
 
I feel ya, i just want my gear, and feel like saga isn't trying too hard to even get us pictures of it. Hell, even Jiberish has more pictures of their line than saga does.
 
ok now THIS point i definitely agree with...that little teaser thing they did on their site with the anomie jacket a couple weeks ago was fucking bullshit. theyre in the business of selling a product but they'll only show us super close-up shots of the fucking thing. the renderings of the gear in their outerwear section dont count cause they dont portray the colors 100% accurately. i want to see what an actual jacket from this year's line looks like ON A PERSON, not close-ups of the seams and zippers. they need to stop trying to be cute and just put the whole damn coat in frame so their customers can actually fucking SEE it.
