the leak version was disappointing. "I'm Me", "Lalala", and "I Feel Like Dying" are classics though.
 
my bad i didnt mean to put it in ski gabber but i found it on the hip hop website i dont no if its the full cd but i have the leak and carter 3 sessions and none of the songs are the same

did you read my post? all of the tracks i mentioned were on the leak version...in my opinion, they were the strongest of the bunch. you should read before you start flaming.

..just going by rumors that i've heard and read in blogs....anything that has been leaked in all of the mixtapes (such as the song lalala, which came out months ago) would not be on "tha carter 3"

now i could be totally wrong but i recall weezy saying that he was redoing the hole carter 3 becuase of how much leakage there was.....

don't quote me on this because of the numerous blogs i read ..i could still be wrong
 
no the real carter 3, the one that is coming out on June 10th was leaked for real. Its mainly because of the weezy interview where he got pissed and started hating on all the DJs that put his shit on mixtapes (i made a thread with the interview in it) and how he hates mixtapes etc. Even Whiteowl, who's all over weezy's dick, leaked like 5 tracks from the carter 3 on "drop that 15". Its basically the revenge of the DJs

he changed up bits and pieces of the songs from the mixtapes before putting them on carter3. the few songs i have listened to off the album are slightly different than the ones that were leaked
 
just bought the album today and it is pretty dope. Phone Home is an awesome track that I haven't heard many ppl talking about.

Mr Carter and 3 Peat are pretty sick too. A Milli, also sick, but has been out forever.
 
a milli is dope for sure. phone home is pretty good. i really like 3 peat too though. and i found dr carter kinda funny, because i enjoy listening to lil wayne, but he is by no means saving hip hop....

dude i used to listen to nothing but immortal technique, aesop rock, jehst, dead prez, dialated pupils, slug, and other hip-hop artists like that, i absolutely refused to listen to anything mainstream and if anyone told me i should i told them i hated mainstream shit. but then i started listening to some wayne, some juelz santana, whatver, and you know what, maybe it doesnt have as intelligent a message as the underground but its usually a way more upbeat one and i was getting pretty sick of "fuck the police", gets old after awhile. people are gonna like what they like, if you want to reccomend me some shit im open to it, but im not going to stop liking Lil' wayne
