Surface Noise.

189.

The ski may seem big, but the 189 only has 90cm of running surface due to the rocker.

So it's not like you're on this big plank.

Plus the length helps a ton when it comes to powder and big mountain

Got hooked up with a pair of No Times recently. The Surface guys seem like a friendly bunch. Stoked to ride them in approx. 7 hours when the hill opens! I'll be sure to leave my thoughts on the skis.

I used my new Lifes for the first time today. I taught a lesson on them, and ripped the hardpack. They are quicker edge to edge than my revivals, I would highly recommend them. Very versatile for such a big ski, I even brought them into the park and hit some early season rails on them with ease. Big ups to Surface!

surface blanks! how do these hold up? i wanna know more about these cause i was thinking about getting a pair but i want to know how well these hold up. ive never had surface's before so i dont know them that well

Mike, please tell me the Joystick These aren't being discontinued, that's the rumour on the street.. Also, is there any possibility for a longer length for them? (Make a 182.)

Obviously depends on where you live and the type of skiing you do but damn.. that One Time is actually skiing really good all mountain / every day. Even if it snows a bit theres enough rocker for shredding.

So my park skis were being remounted and I had to run a clinic for a bunch of new instructors at the tiny ass hill I work at. Skiward.com it's like 5 trails and 300 vertical feet I think. Anyways I was rocking some 184 Anthony b new life's which I purchased for a sick deal this summer because I' now attend the university of Denver. when I was done with the clinic some snowboarder came out of a trailer next to the lift and asked for a picture of me holding my skis in front of the hill so he could send it to his friend who he claimed is a surface team rider. And I asked him who and he said banks Gilberti. Basically I want to know if he actually got sent this picture, and if so, can I see it?

This is a legit thread that actually makes me want to check NS, so thanks for starting! So two things, first have you guys considered doing the "blanks" program using the Joystick "These"? I feel like that's the best ski for that program. It fits perfectly with the skate deck inspired program in terms of the skis dimensions and skate inspired design. Also, you guys need to get Anthony B to design a top sheet for the Joystick "These." I demoed a pair two years ago, loved them and probably will buy them for my next park ski next year, but I'm not really pumped on the checkered graphic. The graphic won't stop me from buying them and I know that's a classic Joystick design but I'd love a sick southwestern Ant top sheet design.

I've always wondered this so here we go.

The One Time, park all mountain ski.

93 underfoot, 3 stage rocker so nothing beyond the rocker point ever has contact with the snow... so why the massively fat tips? Surely that just adds swingweight?

So I've got whatever the last year of the 189 LL2's were. I love them and they are bombproof, but I'm looking to upgrade to the 194 New Lifes. I'm 6'4" and roughly 260lbs. Worth the upgrade?

yes of course. I've owned lots, EPs, Chetlers, JJs, Bacons etc but the One Time is a symmetrical 93 underfoot park/all mountain ski...

I just started using new lifes in the park this year, and they're too fun. They hold an awesome edge, and are super light with griffons on them. And the new lifes are beefier.

I usually consider an all mountain ski as being able to handle light powder. I just figure it's an added benefit.

So I skied the one times today and damn they are fun! A little more swing weight but to me seemed just fine and felt almost the same in the air as my double times. Also we had 10 inches of freshies and they were pretty great in pow! I mean I loves them in pow today! In park they are also just as fun. I would recommend this ski. I thought they were great and am going to buy a pair soon.

We released the Blanks to give people an affordable ski choice for all of your park and pipe needs. Park skis get beat up, why not keep the cost low so kids can continue shredding.

What are your guys' actual store hours. On your website it says causwell 9am-4pm and I have to return skis today or pay another 25 bucks (totally blanked it yesterday) and so my mom went at 9am right before she had to go to work and then texted me and said you guys don't open at 9. So I'm a little frustrated but alright. I've always had good business with you guys so I'm just gonna let this one go. So what are your actual stor hours?

What's the sizing like on those new sweatshirts? Kinda want an Xl hood for me and then a M crewneck for the gf.

Also, my girlfriend loves her My Life's, she says it's the best girls powder ski shes ridden.

I don't usually post on this forum but I would like to put in my 2 cents when it comes to Surface. Picked up a pair of Anthony B New Lifes at the start of the season. They were going to be my pow sticks but quickly turned into my all mountain. Pow to Park these ski's are fun all over the mountain. Thanks Surface for putting together such a fun ski at an extremely reasonable price. All the nay sayers actually need to ski some surface skl's before they open their mouths.

Anyone considering surface I would highly recommend pulling the trigger, other than some light top sheet chipping which is to be expected these ski's are proving to be bombproof.

Thanks Surface.

PS. get some stickers made up! My Thule has some real estate just dying for a big fresh Surface sticker!
