Wether its a basic multivitamin, fish oil pills, or protein powder does anyone on here take any supplements to stay in top physical form

Protein powder after workouts, multivitamin in the mornings, glucosamine/msm/chondroitin and cissus twice a day for my joints
 
I have optimum whey protein or Cliff body builder bar after a work out, long hike or day of skiing. I have been curious about supplements recently though /threads
 
My daily supplements:

5 grams of creatine and beta-alanine

2.5 grams of taurine

Animal Flex

multivitamin

And whey protein post workout (Vitasport Pro7ein Synthesis)

I ordered some fish oil pills a few weeks ago, but they arrived at my university the day after I left.
 
Multivitamin, fish oil and omegas, whey protein, and cycle on and off mass gainer so I dont gain "bad weight." But I lift and I've taken Mdrol before it got banned. Put on a lot of size but id get winded real bad when skiing!
