I have optimum whey protein or Cliff body builder bar after a work out, long hike or day of skiing. I have been curious about supplements recently though /threads
Multivitamin, fish oil and omegas, whey protein, and cycle on and off mass gainer so I dont gain "bad weight." But I lift and I've taken Mdrol before it got banned. Put on a lot of size but id get winded real bad when skiing!
