Sunday River this weekend.

was wonderin why they closed some of the mtb trails, decided to check it out.

Turns out they are cutting (or at least experimenting with) the new park trail already, so we may see it next year. I don't know how they are going to fit a full scale park in there unless they level fucking everything though (who knows, that's how they built 90% of the place...)
 
Found a iPhone while working. If you can guess the backgoung image in a week its yours unless someone knows how to unlock a iPhone so I can call someone on it. Also it looks like it got tagged by the groomer

Anyone know the big names at the Dumont Cup this year? All I've heard was Willie Borm.
 
Was anyone able to get a room or know if there's any space at the Jordan or summit looking to go up for the dumont cup but apparently all the rooms are full
 
You don't need drugs to have fun. I got into skiing because the athletes representing it actually seemed to care about their bodies. It makes me sad to see our sport going the same direction as skateboarding and snowboarding.
 
Got back today, snows sticky in spots icy in others. jib, rocking chair and the park off white cap aren't being greatly maintained
 
Can I get an update on what's up with Rocking Chair, debating going to Sloaf or SR next weekend. Or possibly both.
 
Back from today, conditions were HARDPACK but the sun started softening things up. With tomorrow supposed to be in the 50's, the conditions should be money.

Rocking chair is fucking sick right now they have a nice jump line on one side and jibs on the other including the staircase from dumont cup

I gaped this morning and dressed normally this afternoon. T'was lots of fun. I still can't do much because of my broken collar bone though which sucks.

Most likely headed up this weekend and then maybe into the next week. Hitting up either or Sloaf, SR and Loon (putting my pass to good use). Probably camping instead of staying somewhere too, should be a good time to wrap up the season there.
 
also kiss goodbye to jib park with that addition. Sunday river is contemplating that being the only park for the whole mountain which is fucking retarded.

Have they ever thought about the lower part of Top Gun? Below Goat Path it's basically the same pitch as Dreamaker, and I rarely see people ski it.
