How many of you guys stretch?  I rarely do but I've been feeling particularly tight the past couple of times I've been skiing.  I also have difficulty getting some grabs that require true tip or tail.
If you do stretch what do you guys stretch and how? Also when do you stretch? Before, After, at Night?
