All of you hipster transplanats that are coming to Denver need to stop! The people that made this city a great place are being chased out by all you wanna be trust fund babies that are turning this city into shit. Go legalize weed in your own home states because we didn't do this for all of you to fuck it up. You can visit, just make sure you don't stay forever because those of you that have are cramping on our style.

Sorry, I'm just pissed that my rent jumped by %15 and that the average rent in Denver jumped by %13. Now it's going to take an arm and a testicle for me to find some place affordable around here. Fucking Californians bringing their bull shit, failed liberal politics here. Turning this place into a shit hole like the one they came from. Don't move here, this place sucks!

Well you need poor people that work the low income jobs in the city or else's it's economy will crash. If their aren't any baristas to make the bimbo California house moms their latte's than their not going to want to live here. Plus you all have made the housing market so competitive that your causing us to have bidding wars so everyones paying way more than they should on their mortgages. The housing market in Denver never really burst in 08, because we weren't buying houses. But now we have people paying 20%-30% more than the asking price on some houses because thars what's required if you want to out bid the competition. We have 400+ families moving here every day, that's quite a bit more than any other state.

No sir. Texas has the greatest net migration influx. CO is either #2 or maybe 3. However, on a per-capita basis, CO has a greater rate of migration than Texas, because TX already has way more people than CO. If, that's what you meant.

Sorry you're having trouble with migration. I suggest you move to Lamar, or Sunbeam CO. The only libtard, buttlicking progressives in the state live in Denver or Springs. The rest of the state is pretty conservative.

And of course prices are going up. The economy's improving after everything tanked 7-8 yrs ago.

maybe, he is right though. If everybody agreed on everything we would look like a cult.

So many other cities have the same situations happening. Either demand a raise, get a new job, learn some marketable skills or gtfo. Apartments are going up in price because of supply and demand. High demand, limited supply.
 
this thread makes me angry. ive live in the same shitty apt for almost 2 full years now. my roomate and myself were splitting $995 when we first moved in, my rent if i renew my lease this june will be $1500. thats for a shitty 2 bedroom, with absolutely no amenities what so ever. fuck all you transplants.
 
I feel you homie. I live in Durango and all it is tourist in the summer, i'm thinking about moving because its so expensive.

Ive been paying my own rent for the past 4 years thank you very much. And fuck Denver, I would never want to live there.
