Stolen bag at keystone while night riding! Help

My backpack got stolen today while nightriding

at keystone, if you see anyone riding with this old LINE backpack

please stop them! I think it were two skier kids (age about 14) who did

it, one was wearing a green jacket and the other one a blue jacket. Spread the word and help me out!

aww shit, that blows, i was there for a while tonight, but i dont remember seeing it really.
 
Yea like at the top of the railpark, There were two other backpacks, and there were maybe 10 people skiing there so I thought It would be fine.

for years I have been leaving my backpack at the top of the park and it was fine and of all places and times it was keystone and nightriding, so unexpected!
 
There are a lot of newschoolers from Keystone / area right? I bet there's a good chance of you getting it back
 
I've never had any gear stolen from me but if I ever caught someone in the act of stealing my skis or gear, it would be hard for me to hold back from sucker punching them.
 
People suck. What did you have in the bag? I'll make sure to keep an eye out on Craigslist.
 
Thanks everyone for responding, I went looking for it everywhere today to see if they tossed it aside or something but didn't find it, I just hope it turns up.

I had 2 brand new goggles with lenses in there, my smartphone, my favourite bandanna and my mouthguard, those were like the main things but I calculated that there was about 2000 Us dollars of worth in it.

I just really need my phone and mouthguard back :(
 
Yea cause for one I only have bad weather lenses and the other one only good weather one, and because it was night riding I wasn't wearing either of them so they were both in the bag.
 
Being christmas breck the little fucks were probably on vacation.. Keepin a lookout at breck and frisco area. vibes.
 
No I'm pretty sure it's gone, I just wonder what they did with all the stuff they couldn't use.. I even went to keystone and asked for security footage but they don't safe it :(
 
Shady people go night riding I've had shit stolen at night when barely anyone was around compared to days when its over crowded.
 
First thing I thought about but you needed internet for it and I have it turned off because it was my Netherlands phone..
 
During the day there are like 200 backpacks, It is a very normal thing to leave it there at the top of the park, you don't expect park skiers/boarders to be such dicks to steal your shit.

And yea I never really realized how much was in my backpack..
 
You're fucking ignorant as shit. It's no ones fault their shit is stolen, they may have not taken all the steps to protect their valuables but that still doesn't make it their fault.
 
yeah at my home hill i just got my bag with a saga jacket, pants and some small stuff in it stolen, really bummed me out, now i have to use all my money which i want to use on other stuff to buy new stuff. Then yesterday, same place, some kid got his bag with a go pro 3, new gogs and stuff stolen, along with another kid's bag/stuff, and his snowboard. we're all thinking it's the same people.

Fuck robbers. fuck them. hope your stuff turns up.
 
Vibes! My new poles I got for x-mas were stolen on the 26th didn't even get to use them a whole day. Karma will get them somehow and someway.
 
Hope you find it! I know what it feels like to have your stuff stolen. My iPhone got stolen out of a gym locker at school, but luckily they found the kid along with my phone and about seven other phones, iPods, etc.
 
Hope you find it! My friend had his board almost stolen but luckily it was right outside the window he was at in the chalet. Chased the fucker down and police got involved. And my poles got stolen the other which kinda pissed me off
 
Considering there are a lot of people with the same gear. I'd love to help but nobody else really has a chance.

It sucks but that's the way it is. I can't tackle everyone I see with a similar pack on the off chance it might be yours.

Tell keystone and describe it and maybe somehow you'll get lucky.

I NEVER leave shit in the lodge. For the last 6 or 7 years. I keep everything I have in my car. It's a little easier for me being a boarder cause I like to put my stuff on at home and skip the changing point. I can drive stick in snowboard boots, you can't really do that in ski boots.

I hope you find it but you might want to try to find a way to avoid leaving shit in the lodge. It sucks, and you should be able to leave your shit and feel safe about it but you can't. That's just the way it is.

If you drive to the hill leave it in the car, if you don't drive but have a friend that does see if you can leave it there.

Good luck. Sucks to have shit stolen. I left my board outside a mountain for a short time and it got jacked with my brand new binding. Fuck people that work in mountains, If I pay 7- bucks to ride there, I'm bringing my fucking board with me in the lodge. If you aren't going to try to stop thieves then fuck you for telling me I have to leave my shit outside.

That sucks, I hate when things like this happen. Just this year i've had 2 pairs of expensive poles stolen from me, it fucking blows.
 
Why have expensive poles? Aren't you from Ohio? Every time I break poles I walk into the rental place and say "oh I forgot to grab poles" and they just toss me a pair without an paperwork. They have hundreds of pairs that are real shitty so I don't really feel bad
