Driving up tomorrow and wednesday, but not from seattle. If you want to carpool from monroe or somewhere in there I can pick you up and save a bit o gas money. Warning, you will have to share the car with cobra commander and myself, please have thick skin~

A week before Christmas and thru much of the west—

Lies a shallow snowpack with facets to test.

But before this occurs and sleighs leave the North Pole—

The prevailing west winds need to get on a roll.

Recent ridges have dominated incoming storms—

Along with split flows that make the new norms.

But harken I hear happy bells on the sleigh—

Could it mean a late Christmas is at last on its way?

A bit early to tell, but models look quite alluring—

That colder deep snows we may soon be enduring.

So open your minds to let snowfall within—

For our dreams are a great place to begin.

But remember with snowfall comes a new load—

On all of those weak layers about which we’ve been told.

So increase your caution if your dreams all come true—

Don’t be found in the snowpack, all white and blue

 
I wish it would just start shitting snow. But then again i really dont care as long as stevens is open and i can ski ill be happy even if i have to go over a rock or two.
 
The most important thing that skiing has taught me is that I hate white people as much as every other color people.

Skiing today taught me that if I only pass 1 semi truck on highway 2, it will be on a narrow bridge~

Since you live in constant fear of me judging you for your punctuation and grammar, I shall use it to both correct your your (should be you're) and state that preferring Snoqualmie has nothing to do with homosexuality.
It might be inadvisable, illogical, silly, stupid, nonsensical, mundane, or obtuse to choose Snoqrummy over Stevens, but it has nothing to do with being gay.
 
Actually snoqualmie is closer to capitol hill, so if we draw equal sized circles around both resorts and tally the number of gay people within it we find that snoqualmie is in fact gayer than stevens pass~
 
Had the day off, didn't ride. I'm a little shamed. I would have driven if someone had dollas. I need to meet more steven's peeps. I'll go stony xmas shopping, oh well.

 
Today was fucking sweet.. Nuked for a bit and had a pretty constant snow fall the rest of the day.

Rails were a bit sticky, but the park set up couldn't have been much better.. And kids were going for it. Didn't even come close to landing cork sevens, it was more like a lincoln three. But watching the dude with orange Scott Fixes and the bro with the Corked pants send it, that was rad.

Props to David and the rest of the park crew, you guys had everything just right.

With snow like this, we'll see some bigger stuff sooner. Keep sacrificing virgins and burning your friends' snowboards.
 
Hey everyone send positive vibes Derek's direction. He landed on his head on the top right jump knuckle and had to be boarded and sent down in an ambulance with point tenderness on his C6. Hope it isn't fractured and can heal up quickly.

Otherwise it was a dope day doing shit on jumps. Waterfall was great. Props to the park crew. I love your jumps.
