Stevens Pass 2011-2012

I might do the second season and then buy a college pass come fall. Best deal right now. So very glad they didn't up the college prices like they did to everything else.

And as of now, I will be up on Sunday to take some shit deep and throw myself around some more. Hopefully it won't be windy this time...

IM COMING DOWN FROM BAKER TO SKI SOME PARK ON SUNDAY SO DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT LOOKING AT ME OR EVEN TALKING TO ME

OHAI

I'll be up there Sat + Sun with girls and Etienne and Justin and some others probs. I'd like to see those who I haven't seen all season. I'll be SNOWBOARDING so shut the fuck up

The park is mainly focused on jumps, but the rails are the best they've been all year. They got just about every rail out just scattered all over the place so you might need to zig zag a bit to hit them all. The flow is awesome, tons of hits in one run.

Showtime. Maybe a bit over 50ft to the knuckle? Sort of a step down. It's down and to the right of the pro line. Hit Rudolph's/junks and go straight and right and you may have enough speed to hit it. Seth and Ian had probably the hardest cases I've ever seen on a day when we were easily overshooting other jumps. Probably got caught by the wind.

But the two set to the left of it is ridiculously fun for some reason.

really fun day to end the season out. i had to leave early though since my roommate had to be home to be somewhere, but overall it was pretty fun. today sealed the deal in my opinion that the opus is a little too soft for me. it was fun the last few runs of the day, but everywhere else when i would try to lay them over they would just skid and get bucked around. i cant wait for next year

So does anyone know how likely it is that they will stay open past May 6th? I'm debating buying a spring pass, but I'm not sure I'll get in more than two days over these next three weekends.
