i am going to do it, but i think that i am going to enter the junior age group since i am pretty much the only person that is 15 or under and it said on the poster that if you win that age group you can win free skis. so hopefully i can get some skis.

ok, i just saw the results from the mavericks shit: bare with me while i vent on the issue 3 days later...

how did aarons first run score higher than his second? even with the little sketch/fall, the second run was the only run that came close to GT, no doubt about it...also, how do you do 4 consectitive tough tricks in the under vert section of the pipe after sketching ONE hit and get 11th? granted the icy pipe and nerves, i'm very upset about this........................why do we hold a contest where 5 foot straight airs down the whole fuckin pipe prevail, go buy some nutz and some steez and them come back and see me 1080 - anyway, i thought the point was to NOT look like a fuckin fairy when you ride, someone please wake me up if times are changing?

 
yeah, the comp was kinda fucked. sorry bout that kevin. did anyone see how mad that girl was who took second???? i know i didn't throw my five, but i threw a decent three and boosted...was i right in winning or am i wrong??? anyone? bueller?

no problem, it was a great comp, just a tad slow, but there were 140 kids....that's more than the open. some of those kids can throw down too, it was fun to watch...everyone from here competing did really well in their runs too, good job guys - also, NEW S-rail coming after it gets painted...briggs told me he saw it in the shop and it's huge:

30 feet long big mellow S

about 4-5 feet off the ground depending

it's gonna be a scary one for shizzle...see you guys up there....should be nice today hopefully

 
thats so sick about the new rail. yeah, some of those kids were throwing down mad at the comp. i think i saw an alley oop flat five yesterday during training from some kid, but maybe i am wrong. are we supposed to get the y rail, or what?

word to steamboat. what's the pipe like lately. when i was there for president's day weekend it was shaped well but it was pure ice. i'm trying to get up for a day soon.

it is melting. it is super sick if you get here on a tuesday, thursday, or saturday when it is cut and is super soft now. but it has been so warm that on days where it is not cut it is horrible. the jumps are way better also.

 
i thought there jumps were sweet. it snowed 5 inches a day roughly and at the end of the day i'd hit them up and they were so soft

yeah well...uhhh. i had really bad pain by my old hernia scars and my tummy was poking out right there, so the doctor thought i had a hernia. i couldn't cough or sneeze or sit up w/out help, so thats what we thought it was. next thing i know, i'm in the er with mad stomach pain and i am bawling like crazy. the guy doctor comes in and says, 'girls that come in and are your age and have stomach pain are usually pregnant or have appendicitis...but you're prob. pregnant. so, are you pregnant??' i was like 'what????!' it was really messed up cuz they tried doing all these tests on me, so i refused the service and snuck out of the hospital. conclusion is that i tore my stomach wall muscle...but i am still holding strong. crazy though, huh?

and how did you do this crazy injury? sounds like a lot of pain for sure...i'm thinking i'll be back skiing around and filming by tues hopefully. gina, are you done for the season?

 
i don't know how I did it. i just had this terrible pain for a few days. i have been doing all sortsa treatments, so i can ski whenever i want, i just have to be careful as to what i am doing. i hope you can get out soon, kev.
