Sparknotes on Moment Skis 2011/2012

I heard as low as 200 some-od dollars. Most I saw were $300. I never felt the pain of not having the disposable income as I did when I was invited to SeshDay.
 
Yeah I skied the ghost chants at alta on a day where there was like three feet of snow soooo sick. These things are so tied with hellbents as best skis ive skied.
 
how were they on hardback and groomers? i need to know if i can take them in the park on occasion
 
Do moment skis feel longer like the k2 ?

I might be buying ghost chant and I'm stuck between the 2 sizes. I'm 5'9'' and used to ride 177 S3. And I looked for the obsethed/hellbent too and the 179 was the one for me. So for the gc, should I go big or stay with the 176 ?
 
176 will be smaller and more playful, easier to throw around. 186 will be more ski to handle, but with the huge rocker it's nothing you won't be able to handle
 
After 10 resort days on the 186 Bibby Special, I've finally found the ski closest to sex. Smoothest ski I've been on that's every bit of confidence-inspiring as it gets. Have yet to find a speed limit. Have taken it in the park a bit and the stompability is definitely greater than the 190 version with the rockered tail. If you want a race-style directional ski that you can take anywhere on the mountain, the Bibby Special is it.
