Some ideas on a junior high, high school kid problem and if you are more on the mature side

This. Talking won't work, they are 13-15 so that is an age where you think you are king shit and nobody can touch you. I wouldn't shoot them with airsoft that could probably classified as an assault,
 
and them being little shits, they'll tamper with your sprinkler instead of shutting of the water, then you hit them with the mdop
 
your gas tank thing isan alright idea but if you want to be kind of an ass you could try to make a citezens aresst when their smoking weed

Seriously man? Whats the big deal? if its not effecting your life in a major way what so ever. Didn't you do any shit like that as a high schooler? Calling the cops on them is just such a ridiculously rat move, do you really want to be that guy? Imagine if the cops did something about it one day and one of the kids got a possession charge or some shit that would fuck him for life. I think you should just mind your own fucking business. If you really have that much of a problem with it the crackhead idea is good i guess.
 
Cigs are fucking nasty and smell like total shit, so I'm all for you getting these shitheads to do it elsewhere. As others have said, you can't reason with dumbass kids especially those with small enough of a brain to smoke in middle and high school. Automated sprinkler is a benign method, just make sure it is cheap else it will get trashed. Another labor intensive idea would be to get some friends and just post up where they do before they get there, and after a while they may choose elsewhere. Or you could go really far and try to use city gov and ban that shit.
 
just get like 5 guys and everytime they smoke there say that its your alley and that they have to let you smoke their weed or they leave
 
set up a camera in plain view somewhere doesnt matter if its hooked up or not as long as it looks real, that should get them to piss off. if not go with the stink bombs
 
Straight up, here is what I think... A kid that is 12-17 years old should not smoke. I will do all I can to help benefit them because I Know the major health concerns it can cause and the good things I can do for the community.
 
Had this happen at my old place so my dad built a big ass fence on the edge of our property line back there. Problem solved.
 
walk out there and act hella creepy, then say they can smoke there as long as you get one of the girls...that woudl freak the fuck out of them so that they dont come back
 
do something like this

parade them around the town and say:

"step right up folks, these here teenagers will most likely develop lung cancer and probably die before they're 70"
 
Or you can avoid getting charged with false imprisonment and just kindly ask them if they wouldn't mind smoking elsewhere.
 
IF you are near a window, then when they are out there start taking pictures of them with a camera and make wierd faces, and rapidly move your hand like you are jacking off. They will get freaked out and leave
 
Take photos of them. Walk across the street to the school with the photos and see if the teachers can i.d. them. The teachers probably hate it more then you. You might be able to get the school to talk to the parents about it. Shit, the school might send the photos to the parents.

Game cameras are cheap these days, use those to catch any mischief that would happen to your house in retribution.

Oh how i wish i could lower your karma even more.By getting a bunch of high school kids in trouble your not doing them any good. Chances are 60% of them wont even end up being life long smokers. By getting them in trouble with the police you will do nothing but mess up their lives. If they got possession charges that would hinder their lives enormously and could start them on a downward spiral of getting in more and more trouble. I commend you for being such a great person and helping your community by getting a bunch of high school kids in trouble, but i think you should find a better way to act out your personal vendetta against smoking that would actually make a difference. In the amount of time you have spent scheming up ways to get these kids in trouble you could have been out actually helping the community by volunteering at a soup kitchen, with the cancer society, or educating young kids on the risks of smoking. So don't kid yourself by saying that your doing what you can to benefit them or your community.

as the op said, it is illegal to buy not to posses, the cops can do nothing about them smoking cigs back there, now if they are lighting some j's then i would call the cops.

but for op i would just confront them and ask them to smoke somewhere else, and just be cool about it and they should respect you, if not be an asshole to them.

4- you could get some febreeze shit in your house to get rid of the smoking smell and then just dot do anything.....

5- if your a total dick you can tell them about salvia and even give them some... completely legal flower that you smoke, and most likely they will end up killing themselves in a couple of months....problem solved

Hit up your local hardware store and literally buy bobcat piss- it smells so god awful it keeps animals from eating your plants- it comes in a spray bottle , so spray it all over wherever they hang out- trust me they'll find a different place to hangout after a week of this spray
 
Honestly if you have time, for a few days I would sit outside whenever they usually come over on a lawn chair with some beer and just sit there listening to really shitty music. No teenager will wanna be around that shit. Then they will find somewhere else to smoke
 
they are teenagers. Tell them you approve of what they are doing, and would like it if they would continue to do it every day. Such overwhelming approval of actions commonly regarded as "bad" would no doubt overload their brains, and they'd leave in an effort to not please you.

Go out there with gasoline, set down a circle, light it on fire and challenge them to fights inside it.

Try to reason with them? Might be beyond that.

And if all else fails...fuck 'em, call the police. If some asshole high school kids are fucking up my area then i don't give a shit about fucking up their lives. Let them vandalize your shit in retaliation, then call the police again. They'll only dig themselves a deeper and deeper hole.

The bottom line is they are smelling up his house with smoke, id be pretty pissed about that as well. First off a posession charge isnt going to fuck anyone for life, especially as a juvenile, secondly he said he was going to threaten to call the cops, not actually do it. Pull your head out your ass and grow up, realize that it really isnt cool that these kids wont listen, they can smoke anywhere, theres no reason to be trashing this guys side yard/smelling up his house
