yeah, i tried a pair on in the shop, and i couldnt get over it. there is almost no forward support. if you want a nice soft boot that is still very skiable outside the park, try a 3 peice shell design. some examples: Raichle Flexons, line transfers, dalbello CRX ( im prolly gonna get this boot to replace my transfers) dalbello krypton. a 3 peice shell is nice, because the flex is controlled by the front plastic tounge instead of plugs. this lets you get a ton of nice soft progressive flex. plus they are the easiest boots to get on ever. the line and CRX boots are both super adjustable, and let you fine tune your stance angle, flex, canting, as well as a buch of other stuff. you may still be able to find transfers on ebay for next to nothing, but the CRX is definatly more refined. check um out.
