Bout six where I am but 10 mins from here in Monroe there is anywhere from 14 in town to 22 on the outskirts. Shit was ridiculous out there this morning on the way to Stevens.

WOW! IT'S DUMPIN' DONUTS AT MT. BAKER! As of 5:00 pm Wednesday, we've had 20 inches of new snow in 12 hours and it's still snowing hard.

Nuff Said...

So yesterday the snow report said 14-20 inches tomorrow at stevens, now it says no accumulation, but there is a winter storm warning that says to expect 1-2 feet tomorrow on the very same page. What the fuck...

See you bitches there tomorrow for first tracks on the backside. And Tuesday. And Wednesday.

Also, I have a free seat in my car, I'd like to cut down on my gas expenses. Its open if you want it, and I promise not to grope you, unless you are a particular Kevin.

"peshastin creek" became "peshastin raging fucking river" today and undercut the roadway

this is on highway 97 between blewett pass and highway 2

no they cant afford guardrails and reflective striping on roads in okanagan county.

those pics are from literally right in the middle of our state

Holy shit thats is intense. I drive up through 97 on way to Stevens during school and I cannot believe that little creek is now a raging alcoholic.

Last road out of Duvall and Carnation is now covered in water. Two shitty towns are now isolated from the rest of the Earth.

Depends. When it rains, everything that's gonna slide slides, so right now snowpack is going to be stabler, but if temps drop again it could create an unstable layer for future snowpack.

the best answer for any snowpack stability question is "it depends".

scott is also assuming we will still have snow in the mountains once this is all over.

yeah, we've already had two days canceled, and i don't see how we could possibly have school tomorrow. i mean, it's still raining.

all the kids at my school who live in peaceful valley are so screwed-they're completely stuck.

Where's peaceful valley? We talking sudden valley?

Anyway... Chances of being rained on tomorrow... 90%?
