following fragment is stolen.

"Currently, automated snow gauges on the east slopes

of the Cascades show 21 percent of normal snowpack and 73 percent of

normal rain, he said.

Scott Pattee, water supply specialist with the

Washington Snow Survey Office of the Natural Resources Conservation

Service in Mount Vernon, issued a report Monday. He said the season is

off to a slow start and that long-range weather forecast models show

such conflicting predictions that forecasters can only provide equal

chances for all scenarios."

This is unlike the 04/05 season. That year we had pretty significant snowfall in October and November, but nothing after that.

I think the major places will be open in 10 days. Not Snoqualmie though of course.

Stevens was not bad today, Rowen, his friend and I got their right around 11 and it was puking snow, put our gear on and hiked up to the top of sky, up at the top it was really cold. I mean really cold. the wind was not helping either. For those of you who got up a couple weeks ago their was less snow at the bottom elevations, but the top part of sky had better coverage and I defiantly hit less rocks up there. Kept snowing all day, not always heavy, but kept snowing through when we left at 3:00. my guess is it will be raining up there in the next few hours. defiantly colder then NOAA was predicting though. Over all the snow was great up top, and pretty heavy from the pipe down. Had a great day though.

youre most likely to encounter a freezing problem in your water service line near the meter box.

plus the fact that everyone on the westside of the mountains has shallowass watermains and no foam board in their meter chambers.

ONE TO TWO FEET OF NEW SNOW ARE LIKELY TO FALL IN THE MOUNTAINS

FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. THE SNOW LEVEL WILL BE

BELOW 1000 FEET DURING THIS TIME...SO ALL MOUNTAIN PASSES WILL BE

AFFECTED BY HEAVY SNOW.

im sending letterbombs if they're wrong

The last Unibomber was out of cabin in Lincoln, Montana. I think you may have some serious location work ahead of you to be a serious competitor. Try someplace like...... Forks. That would do it.

both of my jobs have taught me domestic terrorist skills like bombmaking and the knowledge to poison any water system in america, so imma have to put myself on the terrorist watchlist.

but id just throw out some tildes and frame scott

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
well I'll be damn
AND THE PUGET SOUND CONVERGENCE ZONE
AREA NORTH OF SEATTLE...COULD SEE HEAVY SNOWFALL FRIDAY NIGHT.
now my expectations are through the roof. that's always a bad thing.
Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney said it best:
Snow
It won't be long before we'll all be there with snow
Snow
I want to wash my hands, my face and hair with snow
Snow
I long to clear a path and lift a spade of snow
Snow
Oh, to see a great big man entirely made of snow
Where it's snowing
All winter through
That's where I want to be
Snowball throwing
That's what I'll do
How I'm longing to ski
Through the snow-oh-oh-oh-oh
Those glist'ning houses that seem to be built of snow
Snow
Oh, to see a mountain covered with a quilt of snow
What is Christmas with no snow
No white Christmas with no snow
Snow
I'll soon be there with snow
I'll wash my hair with snow
And with a spade of snow
I'll build a man that's made of snow
I'd love to stay up with you but I recommend a little shuteye
Go to sleep
And dream
Of snow
