There are boxes everywhere, the one we hit was already in position to be hit, so it only required a jump instead of a crew to get it into position.
Some of the features still need a bit of loving though, I see rust and busted panels on a lot of them. A good powergrinder session and some black enamel will make them good as new.
All this rain should be snow right now and all the mountains in WA should of been open for T-day!!!But now it's lookin like this weekened we should get some snow and hopefully BAKER can open up by T-day and we can ride some pow. Anyways hope for the best. Stevens was fun on tuesday it felt good to get up and take a run. Don't worry It's coming soon.
Debbie Downer.... Remember what ski areas are in washington then think about it. ie BAKER can get pooped on pretty hard! 3 feet might be here sooner than you know it. I still have hope.
One way or another it's going to happen. maybe not this tuesday but sometime soon. Either way I hope to ski on tuesday. I might end up hiking stevens again just to get out if nobody in WA opens next week.
i have not gotten a call from my boss yet. doesnt look like tuesday is gonna happen, unless they decide to say fuck it and throw it together in a day. probably wont happen.
is anyone even going to be open this thanksgiving? im leaving for WA tmrw, and im debating about bringing my skis or not. whats the hiking like at snoqualmie?
