Snow Watch 06/07

hmmmm but wouldn't the engergy used to freeze such a large ice cube kind of defeat the purpose of it? i hate global warming. i hate bush for not signing the kyoto protocol. i hate technology. i just want to go skiing.

If this cold front coming in brings snow along with it, ill be up there friday or saturday pre seshing. I cant wait any longer.

Fuck you, why dont you just take off the NW's pants and spread its asscheeks for El Nino. They let you up at the controls? Dothey know your record with model aircraft?

fuck u. now my pet seal bob is going to die he was my life, every saturday he comes to the end of the dock and i feed him halibut, now what am i going to do saturday?sit at the dock and hope another seal comes? thanks assshole

But in all honesty sean, dont you feel like and ass when you do stuff like that? I mean, NASA engineers, building planes and crazy crazy genius shit, and they cant even find a reasonable way to dispose of jet fuel?? that seems a bit ridiculous to me.

i'm not blaming you personally, i know it was something that you probably had to do....so dont take my bitching personally....... but that just plain sucks

yeah no worries, its not nearly as bad as it sounds. Can't really go into detail, but it was an emergency sort of situation.

and kevin.. you talking about the GEnx engines? ask me at home.

Its still really early. The avg. season doesnt start till the end of november. Just give it a little bit of time.

snowing at stevens if it is doing anything, but it will be short lived. very curious to see how this weekend will turn out though, because the forecasts are still too vauge, but it is getting close enough that it is looking to be good

yeah stevens has gotten a bit of snow overnight thus far, i wonder what the vague forecast has in store for us other than low freezing levels

SNOW AND RAIN. WINDY. SNOW ACCUMULATION 4 TO 8 INCHES. SNOW LEVEL 3000 FEET.

-Friday

crossing my fingers... mite still be able to head up this weekend

i would like to agree, and sunday night or something the snow level is to be a bit high (4500') but i think we will have to wait for the demise of this snow.

but shit, we need a lot more to open. like 3 feet still. 10 feet would be nice, but thats just asking for doom

what we really need is exactly what we have in the forecast right now, some steadily low snow levels with bits of precip....but then just a nice big dump overnight around the 17th or so. that would be ideal

I'm planning to do a dry run up there on Sunday to see how the car handles in the snow with the new tires. Probably bring my skis just to mess around if it isn't pissing down rain up there.

from what I've seen the snow level is staying between 2000-3000 ft for the next week, and its going to continue snowing pretty decently. I think someone may open next weekend if this keeps up.

It's snowing heavily on the mountain right now and with the forecast going in the right direction, we have set our opening plans for this WEDNESDAY NOV.15th.!

^from xtal's site, fuck ya!

I'm probably going up tonight to play.

And crystal on wednesday for sure (assuming a flight doesn't come up randomly for me)

ok whats your job?lol do u work on planes or something or are u a pilot. b/c u said u dumped 600000 watever amount of jetfuel over the sound and i said u might have a flight so.
