Snow Watch 06/07

Starting to stickdown here at Northwest Hospital might have to start sanding the walkways pretty soon!!! Tomorows gona be sick hope all the kids are going back to school.
 
Well this also seams to be a good place to put this so here is what was in the blackcomb park on my one trip down it. It starts out like it did when i was there last year witha little spine/hip thing and a small flat box, then there is nothing untill right before the highest level enterance where there is another little hip/spine thingy and a flat rail to down rail to little table. that is all that i know of for the regular park but I think there is a c-box in there too. in the highest level park the shack booter is about 35-40 ft I would say and next to it (between the shck and the reg. park) is a 25-30 ft table. and then a 30ft flat box that was set up really nice. after the shack booter is a flat rail or box to another 35-40 ft table. the tables were set up really nice. sorry that there was no pics.

 
Yeah I was thinking the same thing!! However I think i'll have more to worry about b/c i'm in the suburbs where it will probably be an icier commute to seattle...i hope they cancel class, but realistically that will never happen
 
Us UW students should carpool up there some day. Bah, I think theres school tomorrow, damn shame. Its going to be cold as hell, and more snow tomorrow afternoon (probably!).
 
Copper has a superpipe with 30" and we have over 50" at the mountains with no pipe :(

but it is still sick skiing, and wednesday will be good
 
you also have to factor in that copper has been open for 3 weeks, and has been blowing snow into it nonstop since pening weekend, with the 4 guns that are dedicated to it.
 
This snow is fucking unreal! I just went out and picked up my girlfriend and saw so many people stuck up in the Issaquah Highlands. The trusty quattro showed its superiority. I even had to follow a WRX STi up and over a curb to pass a bus. We have over 5 inches and counting...

yaaa, mandatory avy gear for riding the chair...dam i wanted some of that gnar, but i doubt i would have made the drive. anyone know how deep it was?
 
Hah, I went skiing while we were getting the monster flakes, my neighbors were helping me build up the jump I have out there again. Someone parked thier car to the side of my landing, and I definently hit it after a 180. Got my pole all bent up in the wheel well, kinda funny. After that I just skiied down 50th a few times, then took it switch past a frat party. So funny, people are going crazy out there.

But then it started raining.

Fuck.
 
i dont know if anybody has posted it yet....didnt really feel like reading the whole thread....mt baker broke a single storm record with 12 feet of snow over thanksgiving weekend and into this week.
 
I really wish King5 would get their act together. Every day I come on here, see the 5-day forecast and get way too excited. SNOW?!

again? when ahve they been better in the past? their 5-day forecast doesn't even show up you goof.

(the other night on the news some white bitch was complaining, and CRYING, that he child - a white child - couldn't go to the school closest to them because they needed to keep the minority percentage up, so she was upset that her daughter was discriminated based on her skin color.... she said, and I quote "it hurts... it really hurts" *tear* DUMB BITCH!)
 
if you go back and look on the first page, komo's 7-DAY forcast shows up. they had changed the file location after i put in the codes in the first post.
